I'm like 20 pounds overweight and I REALLY need to loose the 20lbs. Even my mom calls me fat! I really am going to go anorexic if I dont find an easy way to loose the weight! Please help me. I dont wanna go to desperate measures, but I just don't want my mom to call me fat, and I know I want to be the right wait. I'd be much happier!

you are beautiful however you look. but it is important to stay healthy so all you have to do is cut your portions. no starving yourself! thats not what it's all about. keep your mindset on the healthiness not beauty...beauty is overrated. try eating a balenced meal like this
breakfast-
one serving of special k with lowfat milk
one serving of fruit
one glass of water
lunch-
a main course with protein
fruit as dessert
water
1-2 sides
dinner-
a main course with protein
1-2 sides
water
a small treat to reward yourself for following the plan! :)

First, you do not need to lose weight for anybody other than yourself. Thin does not equal beautiful or healthy.
However, there is nothing wrong with wanting to be healthier and being anorexic is definitely not healthy. Anorexia nervosa is a serious disease and should not be taken lightly. Eat healthy meals (a good way to lose weight is to cut down on meat, but still get the nutrients in), and to drink water or natural juices instead of soda. ]
tell her that you shouldn't be called fat and do not become an anorexic because even though you'll become "thinner" it's not going to benfit you instead it will make you weker and weaker.... if you really want to lose that wait eat a big breakfast of healthy foods because a person usually tends to snack less eat healthier foods but don't become anorexic no matter wat anyone thinks about you because it's not wat they think about you it's wat you thiink about yourself ]
well don't go anorexic it doesn't help trust me my sister went into a mental hospital b/c of it. i have to admit i am over weight too. i have found that eating less of wat i use to eat helps a lot so far i have lost 10 pounds for just doing that. you should also to crunches or sit ups not like 5,000 like usher just like 50 or so. i hoped i help. ]
well i wanted 2 clear up my skin, and i drank as much water as i could, it bloated me, and then it all goes away after about 1 million stops 2 the washroom LOL. but i lost 8 pounds in like 2-3!! also if u watch wut u eat, ull b fine!

wow that sounds just like me! my mom does sometimes call me fat but there is the book called the abs diet and its orange and it really helps if you follow what it says to eat and when it says to eat so you need to get that

before you eat anything, drink one glass of water, because water helps fill you up and it just comes right out and doesnt turn into fat. Don`t eat past 7, because your digestive system slows down and doesnt work as good so all teh food in your stomach just stays there turning into fat. Only eat when youre HUNGRY, not just because you`re bored orjust because it`s there. Also, don`t eat until youre stuffed, because that stretches out your stomach and makes you look fater. ]

The only way that your body can lose weight is if you burn off more calories than you take in. The easiest way to do that is to cut your calories a little and excercise a little more. Running burns calories fast - You burn about 200 in one mile of running. As for eating less; only eat when your actually hungry. If you've got nothing to do, don't go to the kitchen to eat something, go do your homework or clean your room or write in a journal instead. Thats what I did and it works. It does take time though. I'd do this for about a month and see if you lose any weight and if you do then keep it up. If not, then maybe this way isnt for you. Just don't go anorexic. Good luck and just remember it's not easy but its worth it. ]
Losing weight, especially 20 pounds will take a long time and determination. Start watching what you eat and eat healthy. Drink lots of water and exercise regularly and target the parts of your body that you think need to become less in fat and more in muscle. You can run or jog on a tredmill and do leg lifts, crunches, or whatever exercises you need to do. Try going on a low carb diet. Hope I helped :)
