i have LOVEHANDELS! i hate them they arent even that big but in a bathing suit or something they make me look soo nasty. and when i wear jeans u can see them alot 2...its grossin me out! i always have like extra flab on my back upper thighs like by my butt. im not fat or anything i just need to tone up...how can i do that? i dont eat healthy i eat ALOT actually....its hard for me to go on a diet i never stick to it!! and i get lazy when i workout...help...*im also in soccer at my school and we run EVERYDAY for 2 hrs..will that help me lose my extra fat?*

how can i get my bf to stop smoking weed?

my boyfriend of 9months has recently started smoking weed and hes always telling me how his parents dont trust him now because they are so suspicious that he smokes. and whenever he asks them if he can come to my house they say no because they dont even trust him. i love my boyfriend to death i just hate that he smokes. he doesnt try to make me smoke or nothing, but its soo dangerous and he knows i dont like it and he doesnt do it around me or nothing..but he talks about it and it just like kills me to know he is hurting himself...i tryed talking to him about it...what can i do?

Falling out of love?

Ive been dating my girlfriend for 10 months now. The last few months have been a bit rocky, but things were really starting to get alot better, atleast on my end. Not on hers though. She wants to take a break, because shes starting to fall out of love with me. I don't think there is really anything that I can do to change her mind...its all up to her..She says there is a possibility that things will get better, and that she may fall back in love with me, but I dont really know....Is it possible to fall out of love with someone, then fall back in love with them?

Friendship

I have been cutting myself for a while now. My best friend Dylan knows about it and he wants to me stop. It is very hard to stop doing because it is addicting. Dylan and I got in a big fight last friday because he found out the night before I slit the crap outts my arms. He cares about me alot but I honestly dont want him to care. He always tells me that he loves me and I tell him not too. I hate when he tells me he loves me bc he only loves me as a friend and I wish that he loved me as more. I am in love with him. He hung up on me last friday and it is monday and we havent talked since. IDK what to do. Is he gonna stick by me through these times of pain or abandon me. If I love him should I stop doing what I have been doing and try to get some help. PLZ help me!

advice here from college students would be greatly appreciated!!! i'm 19 and just started at Boston University this September, but i live in Chicago. at first it was the normal homesickness, missing friends and family, and having it be hard to be 1800 miles away from home. things started getting better, but for some reason, i can't see to make myself happy here. i have a few friends here, but no guys friends (that's partly due to the fact that i live on an all girls floor, and also partly my fault, so i won't complain about that) i'm really close with a couple of the girls on my floor, and one or two other people, but that's pretty much it. i feel lonely here, and as hard as i try, i can't stop thinking about home and missing it. par...

i smoke and please don't lecture me cuz i know its really not good for my health and all .. well my friend smokes too and since we're both 14 we cant buy them, she gets into random ashtrays at supermarkets and steals used ones .. i know that CAN'T be good, ive only ever done it once but im afraid to do it again, could she like get a disease

Learning

I have a problem in the learning catagory. You see, I dropped out of school because of a few things, mainly panic attacks and basic miserableness (which I'm working on fixing now). Before 6th grade, I did great. Math, science, English... was all very easy to me.
Then in 6th grade things started going bad. I've been made miserble purposefully by most of my classmates for years. But I stuck it out. Then in 6th grade I started skipping because it was too hard around those people who hurt me all the time. And then I started enjoying the freedom and not doing all that work. So work started to become harder and I avoided doing it.
Now I feel useless and I actually want to get my education and go to college and all....

Can't Think of a Proper Title

Well here's my situation. My mother was seeing a man for awhile that seemed totally normal, well as time passed he began to become controlling and totally weirded out. He was suppose to be this guy living "the good life" with money ect. ect. Well things started to get weird whenever everytime we were suppose to visit his house the meetings would get "cancelled." After awhile he started to turn my mother against me. He convinced her that I was a hell raising child who needed to be locked up, and I needed help because I was "Ill in the head." All of this was far from the truth. Anyways, to make an extremely long story short, we found out he's not who he says he is, and he has a major criminal record, just got off...

dying hair... roots

ok... i dye my hair blonde. my natural color is a dark blonde-light brown. But when you dye your hair it grows back darker. Now my roots come back really dark so it's hard to get them to match the rest of my hair which is light blonde. I've been to hair places but it usually has a tint of orange to it. does anyone else dye their hair and know what im talking about? what do you do about it? what should i do about it?
