does anyone know how to get the bottom of your abs worked out i dont wanna go on those 6 min ab things so like right now i hav a 2 pack and i want the full 6 please help!

You just have to keep doing sit-upswork and/or crunches everyday until you feel like you can't anymore. Eat alot of protien everyday. Push-ups help alot too for that area.

the only machine i know of that works the lower abs is this machine at the gym.. it moves ur legs and ur abs up.. kinda hard to expain but if you go to a gym they can show you where those would be hope i helped--rachael
