need 2 tone up

i have LOVEHANDELS! i hate them they arent even that big but in a bathing suit or something they make me look soo nasty. and when i wear jeans u can see them alot 2...its grossin me out! i always have like extra flab on my back upper thighs like by my butt. im not fat or anything i just need to tone up...how can i do that? i dont eat healthy i eat ALOT actually....its hard for me to go on a diet i never stick to it!! and i get lazy when i workout...help...*im also in soccer at my school and we run EVERYDAY for 2 hrs..will that help me lose my extra fat?*

hey! you prob arent fat! all you need to do is have smaller portions of food do sit ups crunches that will work your stomach jogging will work but not as much as actual excersising! here are a good selection of dieting food:
fish
salad
veggies
fruits
milk (ALOT)
water
soy
chiken
NOTHING WITH A LOT OF OIL (you need oil in some food)
DO NOT EAT PAST 8 unless it is a special occasion

Hey sry but u gotta stick to a diet.. it will be hard at first, but i've heard that once u do something for 3 weeks, it becomes a habit. So try the diet for atleast 3 weeks and see if it becomes a habit for you. Also, once you haven't eaten junk food for a few weeks, you stop having cravings for it. So try that. And yes, running everyday for 2 hours will help you lose weight.. but also it will make you more hungry so you will want to eat more. But you have to be strong!! lol. You can eat..just dont eat fattening stuff! Hope i helped! Good luck!
