Usually it comes with the computer, and you have to search for it, or it's right there in front of your face, but I guess some computers don't come with it, so you'll have to buy it. Google probably didn't work, because usually you have to actually buy these things, and insert them into the computer, and download stuff. Good luck, hope I didn't sound snotty or anything. cutiepie12335 answered Monday November 29 2004, 6:56 pm: ok...so theres this thing called a store....some of them usually have names like best buy, comp USA , circut city....ect...ok, so what you do is go to one of those things called a "store" and, you walk inside, as one of the worker guys to dirct you tword the word processing cd's or, microsoft word cd's, and they will direct you tword them, you but it, take it home, load it onto your comp, and presto...its updated!!
