I need help I feel like I want to end my life and I don't know how to over come this feeling. I get so down I can't get back up! What should I do? My friend don't understand and my dad doesn't know. I am so scard of who I am!!! Any advice will help!!!

Yeah...I have an advice column...But for once I don't know what to do here. Im soo lost. I love this kid so much. And like he told me that he would ask me out..but it wouldn't be fair to me. So today we were on the phone and I told him that he was sooo sarcastic. And he's like ouch that hurts. And I never wanted to hurt him. That was the last thing I wanted to do. And I wrote him a letter and emailed it to him....It basically said that I didn't deserve him adn that he's amazing and everything adn that he deserves someone so much better than mee...and now I haven't stopped crying in like....an hour...I love him so much...and i judt don't know if i did the right thing...or what i should do from here? Im just so confused...it sucks...please help me...kthanks

I am the one who wrote about me and my friend carly. well something just happened, okay here goes....yesterday we were talking on the phone and she suggested that we go online and chat because when I call her it's long distance even though we live in the same state but it's a different county. so we go online and we are chatting and getting along great well all of a sudden her ex comes online and they are chatting. I really want to die. Really badly. I tried to kill myself but i chickend out. I'm not afraid of death.. I'm looking forward to it. I just can't handle life. My body is breaking up. I feel depressed and find the urge just to die. I don't understand why ssomeone can just take my life away. I'm alive and I want to die and there's dieing people that want to live. I don't understand why god just cant give those people a life and take mine away.. I hate myself so much.. I'm having a lot of problems now.. I'm 13, F.

I have a couple of serious questions and I would like an answer from someone who is educated and is preferably familiar with birth control pills. I've been taking them for about a month to help with my period and I just started my second pack. During first pack, I ended up skipping a couple days because I completely forgot to take them. But other than that, I've been taking them everyday around the same hour. My question is..if I take my pill a couple-few hours earlier or later than the previous day, is it still just as effective? I heard that as long as you take it within 24 hrs, AROUND the same time, it's fine. But is it really necessary to get it within the same exact hour everytime? okay, I am 21 and still a virgin. I have done other stuff just not had sex yet. The thing is I was almost raped by one of my ex boyfriends and I am kind of scared of guys now, not all but some of them. I feel really pathetice because I am still a virgin and I am 21. Plus my uncle has aids and that is another reason why I am scared. I don't have a bf right now but am looking for one. When I do find one and we have sex how can I make myself less scared to have sex? Is there anything I can do to calm myself down?

cousin's husband- something wrong

okay this is a big problem. My cousin Kim who is really important to me got married for the second time to this guy john. Well, before this my cousin and I were really close even though I live in Ny and she lives in Pa. we always wrote to each other and called each other and all that. I guess I should tell you that she has four kids, her two oldest are from her fist marriage and then the third child christopher is from this guy that she was dating before she married john and then she just had nicholas with john not too long ago. Can't decide..

For some time now i've thought i was bi. I've never done anything but i've realized how i was thinking was totally different and unusual. It's been a year and i still haven't made up my mind. Once in awhile i'll "decide" that i'm not but then it ALWAYS comes back and drives me nuts until i'll decide i'm not again. But even then i can't get it off my mind. I know that raging hormones has to deal with this too, but what are the chances of this coming back EVERY SINGLE TIME?!?!?! My family is against it and my friends are okay with it. So please don't tell me to talk with my parents. I just need to know what's going on and why i can't decide. I'll rate ya high!!!

i'm confused. ive liked a lot of guys i like dream about them and try and get there attention and flirt with them a lot, but when they start to like me, i like stop likin them to the point where im afarid too see them, but then they stop paying attention to me and statt flirting with other girls i start to like them and then if they start to flirt with me i stop liking them. i dont understand this, it confueses me i really want a byfriend, and i really like this guy right now and he likes me, somdays i really like him but somedays i dont. this always happens when a guy starts to like me. ive ruined a lot of my relentionships becaue of it and i dont want to ruin this one. why do i feel like this?

My hair

Okay my hair has been through hell. My original hair color is brown. Then I dyed it really dark, then light, then dark again. Then got it cut which took alot of the darkness out, then dyed it blonde, and then i took the blonde out of it..which left it light brown. Also I put a perm in my hair a while back, then wanted it out so bad because it was making my hair look so dry and damaged. My hair used to be real short, but in about a years time it has only grown from above my chin to my shoulders. It is so unhealthy at the ends, especially when I tried to take the perm out with a relaxing creme, and when I tried to wash the creme out the ends feel out, globs of hair came out, I was terrified. Now it looks so fried, and I have to straighten it ...

My best friend carly and I have been friends for about ten months and she started dating this guy and now she is pregnant with his kid. Anyways, we never used to fight until she got with him and now we fight alot. She gets mad at me and stops talking to me anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. She is really important to me and I get really depressed and everything when we don't talk. I was just wondering if anyone had any advice on what to do about that. She is really important to me.
