straightening my hair

okay i want to straighten my hair tomorrow & i was wondering if anyone had any tips??
-i have to do it in the morning after my shower
-i have to blow dry my hair (i dont have a straightener you can use when your hairs wet)
-i have pretty much time about 15-20 mins
-my straightners pretty good. its the revlon thin ceramic straighteners
i juss wanted a few tips.

sit-up vs. crunch

What is the difference between a sit-up and a crucnch? How do you do each one properly to get the most out of it? What different areas of the body do each one target? I am trying to get a really flat stomache. Please help me! Also, which excersices are best to do in addition to this, I need to lose 20 lbs fast. Thank you.

Me and My exboyfriend have been flirting alot, at least we have in my eyes and according to my friends and about EVERYONE else he still has feelings for me some even say he loves me, I love him (he broke up with me) and even our teachers are telling us we should get back together its weird I mean I want to very badly and I jsut wanted to know how I should go about bringing this up again or sonething

My younger sister moved back into my mother and stepdads house to housesit while they are away on a trip. They will living in Arizona for 6 months and come back in the summer.
My sister is in dept up to her ears in credit card and student loan payment. She is still in college, and doesnt have a job right now. My father is giving her some money every month only until she finishes school, but it's only a couple hundred dollars.

I have a friend named Tara. Shes in 12th grade, graduating this year, and going to college for Theater.. I've been quite worried about her lately, because i know that she cant have her whole life rely on Theater. She wasted her past 6 years working to be an actress. And shes not all that bad, but someone from a small town and such like ours, prolly wont get very far. I've tryed talking to her about other options. I dont want her whole life to be thrown out the window because of some, un-realistic dream.. Do you think that I should try harder to convince her that theres more to life than thearter.. and thats just there as something to do on the side? Or should I let her make her own mistakes?

Bad Feelings

Well, a girl in my school Sara's sister died last summer in a swimming pool accident ( the girl who dieds name was elizabeth but everyone called her boo), Sara and I never had any hard feelings against each other, Elizabeths best friend Sam, and I were becoming really good friends before it happend, and we were supposed to go to Elizabeths house, or Sams house and hang out 4 days after we all talked on the phone, but Elizabeth so happend to die only 2 days later. At that point in time, Sam and I never talked ever again.. Even thou I still would've loved to be friends with her. And then one day, on Sams Xanga, she wrote a huge entry about Elizabeth, and i posted a comment saying "I know how you feel, I lost my best friend too.. Its hard...

My friend heard something that she thought I said beacause this girl told her ex-boyfriend and she thought I said something bad about her, but I didn't say anything about her at all. How can I get her do understand that I didn't say it someone was just spreading rumors?

Ok im 13 and im in 8th grade..and im already tired of school. Ok? Like i have a lot of friends i just dont like people and all the drama with my friends so it takes all of me to get up in the morning and go to school. Then like the teachers are ok and all but they just put too much pressure on me and i teach myself better than they teach me. So i want to be homeschooled for highschool...my sister said she would do it i mean she works at home anyway. But my dad doesnt think its such a very good idea because then i may not get into a good college but i dont know if i want to go to college...i really desperately need help.. should i stick it out and try for college or just be homeschooled what would you do? Also im pretty much inlove with this...

Im having such a horrible boy problem right now. You dont even know. I am overweight (13 yrs old, 5ft 4in, and 140 lbs) so I use a bathroom scale to check my weight 2 times a day, in the morning and in the evening. Why is my weight different at those 2 times of the day? How do I know which one is telling the truth? Are any of the scales telling the truth? Because one time I went to the doctor and I weighed more on that scale than on the one I own at home. Why are these weights all different? How much do I really weigh? Help me please! What should I do?

I am growing some herbs and peppers in a pot, the kind that come with the seeds and dirt therefore you just add water. I followed the directions that came with the pots but mold, the white fuzzy kind, it steadily growing over the dirt and plants in the pot. What did I do wrong? How can I fix it? Thanks

Well, here's my situation. I had a best friend, and we were VERY close. We started growing apart during the summer of 2005, and the last thing I hung out with her was probably some time in September. We rarely ever talk anymore; even in her myspace it says on one of the surveys, "Have any best friends: No" or something like that. As much as it hurts me, I'm starting to get over it.
This situation has left a scar, though.
I am starting to get paranoid about my friends. A friend could act weird, and I freak out, wondering if I did anything wrong. If a friend doesn't talk to me on AIM or call me enough, I start wondering, "Oh man, I must have said/done something wrong to make them do that." Ev...
