well, i dont know how to do it any other way than to click the history button on the top of your screen, then right click the file ( day ) or file of the site you want to delete, then go down to delete. :)

Follow these steps:
-Go to Tools at the top of your internet explorer.
-Scroll down the menu & click on Internet Options.
-Near the bottom of the box that pops up, there should be a button that says "Clear History" click that.

Looking at some naughty things? Eh, eh!?
Anywho, all the other answers were just for internet explorer, so just in case you have Firefox, go to tools, options, privacy, and you can click whatever you want deleted from there!

I love you,

you go to tools, internet options, & then clear history. also another good idea would be staying in the same box & delete your cookies & files. also you can go to the content tab & clear the SSL state & then click ok.

-hope that helped!♥
