humility: how do you stay humble?

How do you stay humble? Lately, I've found myself a little too self-absorbed. I've recently had some pretty cool accomplishments, and I find it hard to strike a balance between boasting about them and having an appropriate amount of pride. Not only that, but I've recently joined a club at school that's a big of an ego warfare; I feel like I have to brag about myself to get people to like me. So how do you guys forget all that crap and keep yourself down to earth?

So I Have been talking to this guy for about 2 months, when i say talking i mean texting everyday all day. However he goes to a different school so we have only been on an actual date twice. So i think everything is going great, except when he kisses me it seems rushed, and this is annoying because i even went in for a second kiss. Well the next day i find out he just wants to be friends because he doesn't really see a spark with me. My personality is too shy for him in person. I dont know what to think is this whole personality thing an excuse to not date me or is he really telling the truth? If we were friends for a while is there a chance this could change when i get more confortable with him? I'm confused and sad. By the way I'm 17, he's 18...

boyfriend avoids his friends when im around

Hey guys
So i have never really hung out with my boyfriend and his friends at the same time before.its not that i want to, but it seems kinda weird that he avoids his friends when he is with me. I know his friends they go to my school, and they know me too, and its not like my boyfriend is ashamed od me because when we first started dating he told all of his friends right away.

Sometimes when I masturbate after I orgasm I feel like I have to pee. I generally go to the bathroom and then I go so my body was correct but then when i'm almost done in the tip of my penis I feel like I have to pee.
The feeling doesn't go away and I constantly feel like I have to pee for about a half hour. What i do to get rid of it quick is to just drink water.
Other times I make sure I go to the bathroom before I have sex with my girlfriend cause i'm afraid it will happen after sex but it never has just when i masturbate. Why is this?

I have a guy friend and I know i'm interested in him. He is a really big flirt, so he gets really confusing and its impossible that i'm the only girl to like him... Parents' Divorce-and I'm dragged in

I'm in my late 20's, and my parents are now recently separated and in the process of going through with a divorce. My mom has no boundaries with regard to keeping me out of the mess. She calls me and keeps trying to convince me to tell my dad to move back. I know very well that there's no way he will. I tell her that she cannot drag me into their mess, as it is between them two. She just calls and calls, telling me it's not right, that I need to talk to him, it'll affect her and our future, etc. I told her to respect my boundaries, but it seems to go through one ear and out the other. What can I do to make it clear to her that I want ZERO to do with their issues, and stop her from trying to drag me into it? What can I do to make sure that she will actually respect my boundaries?

Why do people say suicide is selfish? It's not selfish to end your OWN life, everyone else is going to rot in the ground just like their family before them and before them.
I want to die, and that is a choice just as is everything else in "life" what's the quickest, least painful way I can do this?

BOLD 4 Mix Up: My cell phone has gone CRAZY!

It's either my keyboard or the touch screen that's mixing up , u see... I click a button while typing anything , and suddenly the phone starts taking me to places I did not click on or anything ! It switches chats on its own , opens menu , or for example I'm typing "hey" to someone , it goes up n' I find myself rolling rolling up in the conversation looking at old messages...
So I want to know if the problem is either from te screen or keyboard and PLEASE if you can how to fix it ...

First off, I'd like to say that I know nobody here is a doctor. I'm not looking for a diagnosis, I'm just looking for opinions, maybe somebody here has experienced this.
Also, do not just tell me to see a doctor, that's too pricey for me at the moment without medical insurance.
This may be long because of backstory I feel like I should add but may not be needed.
Alright so, last week I was convinced I got external hemorrhoids. I had pain when I pooped, some blood, and a decent sized bump on my anus after straining during a large poop that was in no way coming out naturally.
Now the thing is, I've always had large poops and slight constipation growing up. There has always been pain because of these...

I broke up with someone who made me feel like he was ashamed of me.
After a year I never once met his work friends as he said they were not good enough for me to meet. He would never hold my hand or show any affection in public. And it was a struggle to get him to even go out for dinner.
Was he just using me the whole time?
How can I stop feeling the ashamed feeling?

Controlling Parents.. How do I deal with them?

I think my parents are slightly if not extremely controlling. I'm not going to brag, but I would say in all, I am a good kid. For reference, I'm 19 turning 20 in a month. My ethnic background is South Asian, and religious background of Islam/Muslim. I'm female.
I've never drunk, done drugs, smoked, had a bad group of friends, partied, broken the law or anything like that, or much less even dated. Personally for me, those things go against my core values, beliefs and they're not my cup of tea of "fun".
But regardless of that, my parents still restrict me in so many ways. My father gets suspicious if I say I want to go to the library to do my homework (I'm homeschooled) because I can't concentrate at ho...

This year I met this guy,(we'll call him Alex) who's in my group. He told me he ended his relationship of a year after finding out she had cheated on him for the second time(he forgave her the first). He went to a party last night with me. Everyone thought we're together and they kept asking but we both avoided answering. He spends his mornings with me at school, just us two and I think he might like me.
