Funeral Proceedures

If it's not too...big of a commotion or problem for you, could you tell me about a funeral you went to?
I'm going to my friend's grandma's funeral and it's the first one I ever went and I have no idea what's going to happen, what it's about, and not really sure what it is except that it's something that happens after someone dies.
P.S, do you HAVE to wear black? Not to be disrespectful or anything but this is just how i see it: "If I died, I'd like everyone to wear colourful clothes, to kinda celebrate that i moved to heavon in the afterlife"

brake up confussion

so my boyfriend and i broke up (the reason why is WAY to long to explain) and i broke up with him, then we got back together, and the next day he broke up with me. anyway i was so mad at him for so many reasons, and i still get mad when i think about it, but at the same time i want him back. he broke my heart and i still want him back. whats wrong with me? how do i get over him?

Ok, so there is this girl I like and she is basically a year older than me.. But we're both sophmores. I like her alot, but we basically "travel in different circles". But we have known each other for about three months now, and we just started talking like a week or so ago. But we've had the same conversation going for the past week.
The bad thing though is, that she is SO freakin gorgeous and im a nerd that has no chance with her, even though we have SOO much in common. She is basically the girl version of me.
Any ideas on how I can get her to like me?

Problem with guy in college

Alright so I was at a party roughly a week ago and I hooked up (as in made-out) with a college freshman named Brian. Then he went and hooked up with one of my (not super close) friends Jen and I didn't care at all, I don't get attatched to people, especially boys, that quickly. He apologized alot and told me that I was the one he wanted to hook up with, yeah cheesy I know, and even funnier, supposedly he told Jen the same thing. im really sad. ive gone the whole break without seeing my boyfriend. ive talked to him, but its not the same. weve been going out for a long time, and this is the 1st time i havent seen him for a while. i miss him very badly. any ideas on how to get (atleast temporarily) my sadness gone and how to make my day a lil happier? any advice welcome. xoxo

i have made out with two guys. And the first one,my ex boyfriend, was an absolute terrible kisser. The second one, my current boyfriend, was a pretty good kisser... way better than the first one. But my problem is I didn't really like it. It just isn't what I thought kissing would be. And I feel like it might be me that's a bad kisser, but I don't see how because I have taken a ton of advice on making out, and I use all of the tips. I have been thinking about it a lot lately, and what if my boyfriend doesn't like it, or think im a bad kisser. What tricks can I use to make things more fun for him and me?? HAND PLACEMENTS?? anything else that might help... or make me feel better.

building residency for an out of state college..

hi! im planning on transferring to a public college in illinois. i currently don live in illinois and i attend college in my home state. but i was wondering how long i would have to live there to get in state tuition? or if i go there and pay out of state tuition for one year, then the 2nd year commute from an apartment i buy in illinois, will i be able to get in state tuition?
im sorry this is so confusing but if you guys have any experience or anything with this that would be great! =]

okay so i have this guy friend...
who ive known for 5 years. he's always liked me but has not admitted it.
so we met back in 7th grade. and we were reallyy good friends
i transferred schools for 8th grade from public to private.
we still kept in touch by email and such.
last summer(of '07), he came through my line at work and i hadnt seen him in years. he soon started working there too.
so supposidly he's good friends with my ex, who i dated last summer up until late october when we broke up for various reasons. but he says he doesnt like my ex cz hes just an as$hole.
so ever since that breakup, we've been tlaking alot. he has a girlfriend who hes been with since april or may of last year(...

ok ive been going out off and on with this guy for 2 years, at the beginning he was the best boyfriend he was like whipped i guess well not completely but i knew he cared, and since august hes been COMPLETELY different he never calls me texts me or anything im in highschool and i see him everyday and sometimes he acts like im not even his girlfriend.. ik ur going to say breakup with him but honestly i think that will make matters worse bc this new girl came to our school shes latina and shes georgous and to make it worse, hes the captain of the football team.. and he has all of the guys wrapped around his finger in our grade and SHE LIKES HIM. they stare at eachother all the time. whenever i ask him about her hes always like no i dont like ...

Sims 2

I have a macbook that I got in June (the one with the camera built in it) I loaded the Sims 2 and noticed it was very slow compared to the G5 I have. Well the G5 I had broke so I loaded the sims 2 on there and noticed how slow it was (I loaded it on the computer without downloads, etc)
Can anyone tell me if there is anyway to make it run faster? Also I noticed that when I do play the Sims 2 everything is a little stretched out from usual. How do I fix that so its proportional? Thanks

ok so im having this problem where my ex boyfriend who i went out with i dont know 8...9 moths idont know one or the other still that a longg time rite and well its been like a couple months when we broke up b.c we had weird feelings for eachother when we started 9th grade it just was no chemistry at all. it was awkward we had excuses to not hang out ne more but any way i was so heart broken then i thought hanging with other guys with out a realation ship would help but it didnt i ended up messed up you know so i stoped that. well now we are friends again we have been for like 3 years now. and he calls me i call him and we talk for an hour a couple hours i told him i still really liked him he says he doesnt but ik that i could never go out ...
