Technically the legal age is 18. but most places dont enforce it as long as you're taller than the bar. but if you are at a nice resort they will enforce it. at the moon palace they enforced it when i was there. hope this helps.

legally it's eighteen, but most places if you are tall enough to reach the bar they will serve you. it depends on where you are- if you're at a nice hotel, they'll enforce it. anywhere else... not so much.

The Legal smoking and drinking age in all of Mexico is 18, although most police do not enforce it.
