I want to purchase a iPod Touch 16GB for a reasonable cost and that is cheaper than buying a brand new one from Apple or Walmart.
When people say "Brand new" or "Not Open" I'm curious...why do they have a brand new ipod? Are they fake or what?
Also kind of key hints that help me buy a good iPod and avoid the bad products?

so the other day, i had my period but it was almost over .. soo my boyfriend was at my house and i didnt tell him i had my period .. but i diddnt worry cuz it was the last day. soo we started fooling around and my flow started getting really heavy and he was eating me out and all of a sudden he looked at me and there was blood all over his mouth!!!!!!! now he cant even look at me in the eyes. i dont know what to do! please help me!

okay so my friend goes out with this guy and well he has a friend who's cute.I hung out with them like 3 times but its been like a year. She's been going out with him since sophomore year,and well she's been pressuring me to hang out this kid and her boyfriend. If you don't know, please don't answer. I really need to know what to do about the music situation on copyrighted songs for youtube. One day, I'll upload a video with a few songs in the background, and youtube will delete it. But then on another day, they'll allow. Does it have anything to do with what I name the song? Are there lists of songs that ARE allowed anywhere? or what? :/

I have no idea why the question comes up now, (It's been almost 8 months) I guess I'm just curious.

well heres a summary of the last few months with me n a guy named jack.
june 2008- we had known eachother for about a year but only became good frends at this time.
august- became best frends and started hanging out everyday.
september 2008- we were best friends but started to notice maybe we were a little more than that.

i was talking to this boy and we were just friends with benfits but i really liked him and although he told me he really liked me i dont really believe it. so earlier this week i left him a voicemail telling him i wanted to just be friends and nothing eles because i fell in love once and got hurt and i didnt want that to happen again. so now hes not talking to me and not answering my calls and i think i hurt him but all the time when i tried saying sorry and talking to him he wont talk back. so should i just foget about him or keep trying to talk to him.

cold/flu sick for two days straight

alright i was fine on monday and tuesday of this week. But I gained weight from winter break, so right on monday i started dieting and exercising for 30min, until wednesday. I think I overdid my exersice on tuesday, i did a bunch of cardio moves. Tuesday night, about two hours after my exercising I remember not feeling to well, so I decided to go to bed. And I didnt go to bed late, i went at 10:30 reading a book. Well I couldnt sleep that night. My body ached EVERYWHERE. My head hurt so badly. I peed three times that night, but I dont remember drinking anything before I went to bed. And when I tried to walk I felt like passing out, I couldnt walk straight, it was dizzy. I was up every hour, I even cried because it hurt so badly. So I stayed...

I have an interview with Yale this Sunday, and I am EXTREMELY nervous. We agreed on a starbucks 20 minutes from my house, and I thought I was going to have to go all the way to Yale university, but I guessed wrong. Anyway, she told me it would be good if I took a sheet of all my activities and leadership roles, which is a very short list. I also have a Harvard interview next week, also at a nearby cafe [I've never been to either]. I'm always worried about the who's-gonna-pay-the-bill situation, so I'm planning on not eating anything. I don't know how I should dress, what to wear, should I wear makeup, and what will they ask me?! I'm not very far from passing out, I don't even know how I got myself into this mess.
