I can't even believe I just typed those words. That has to be one of the weirdest titles to a question that you all have probably ever read, but it happened.
My dad's not the greatest guy in the world and is a far worse father and an absolutely abysmal husband. He's verbally abusive to my mother and calls her names like b!tch, a$$ wipe, and other such things. Two years ago, I was in a very bad relationship. It was long distance, with a huge age gap, and we definitely should not have been together. For whatever reason, I just could not cope with the thought of breaking up. Two weeks before finally ending it, I cheated on him whilst drunk; I made out with another guy at a bar. I had to be carried out of the bar crying from how guilty I felt, and I told my then boyfriend right away. He forgave me immediately, and I broke up with him two weeks later.

exercise tips

I am 16, Female. I don't do a lot of exercise right now; just a walk about 3-6 times a week. I would like to get healthier. I drink a lot of water and eat fairly healthy because my mom likes to make healthy food with lots of vegetables and minimal fatty meats and stuff. However, I can feel that I am not very physically fit or flexible anymore.
I am wondering if anyone has any tips for easy exercise to do in the winter that doesn't take too much time or involve a gym membership.

I keep procrastinating... how do I stop?

Whenever I start studying or doing homework, I get distracted by messages. I turned off iMessage, but I still somehow end up texting my friends at 10 pm at night, not finished any homework. I don't know how to fix this, I always make a schedule for myself including a few breaks but I can never stick to it and I eventually end unprepared for a test or not finished my homework. If anyone could provide me with some other useful methods to stop procrastinating, that would be great! Thank you!

I'm 25 my boyfriend is 23. We have been together for a couple months now. Yesterday I requested his mom on facebook and she declined it and disabled me from being able to request her again. I have met her multiple times and my boyfriend told me she said I was nice and last time I saw her she gave me a hug when I left. She's friends with my boyfriends brothers girlfriends as well. She would also comment and like things I posted when I tagged my boyfriend in them. It just really bothers me for some reason that she would decline it. Now I feel like it will be really awkward next time I see her. I don't know if she has something against me or what. So I have a 37 year old boyfriend and I'm 16. We've been dating for more than a year now. We do love each other and he says he'll wait for me till I'm grown up and wants me to finish college first. Hey, I REALLY need your help on what to do regarding these Christmas gifts. I'm sorry to treat it like it's such an emergency, but there's so little time before Christmas. hi
i am a 16 year old girl without any real friends.this is mainly because of 3 reasons :
