ok so theres this guy who i really like. he is nice sweet. yells out that im beautiful in the middle of class. has asked me out twice. texts me almost everyday even thought it cost him 40 cents a text and he is really nice. but ive had 2 say no wen he asked me out because my parents wont let me have a boyfriend. he even said hell wait 2 years 2 be able 2 go out with me in high school what should i do??? and i cant go out with him and not tell my parents because 1.) i wont b able 2 go on any dates with him
2.)if my parents find out ill lose my fone my ipod my tv tha laptop tha computer ect.

i'll try to keep this as short as possible. so there is this girl. we met in high school but it wasnt love at first site. in fact, we had hardly spoken to each other throughout high school until my senior year(her junior year) i hit her up on myspace(she didnt go to the same school anymore). we started going out, not as boyfriend and girlfriend but as just friends. slowly but surely we started to grow feelings for each other. after about the fourth outing, she confesses that she was going to be moving from california to georgia for her senior year and college. i know i probably should have broken it off then but i wouldn't let her go.

Subject-verb agreement with parentheses

Hi all,
I have a problem with how to work with parentheses. What are the rules for subject-verb agreement?
E.g. Your cat (as well as your dogs) is/are diseased.
I thought that the sentence should read without the stuff in the brackets, so in that case it would be "is". But when I read it that way it sounds terrible. If one used commas instead of brackets, it would be "are", wouldn't it?
I have looked all over the net and I am none the wiser.
Please, for the sake of the paper I am correcting, do not guess :)
Also, I can't remove the brackets, I have to stick to the original formatting.

Hello, So I met this guy(derek) in 6th grade (I'm now getting ready to go to college) and I liked him a lot, we lost our virginity to each other and whatnot. I have a Class B Misdemeanor and can't find a job, Im depressed

I made a great mistake, I have a Class B Misdemeanor for theft. Back in August 2009 I stole a phone, I was so stupid! In April 2010 I activated it, stealing was stupid, but activating it was even more! In May 2010 I have 2 detectives, show up at my house, well of course I had to give them the phone back, they gave it back to the original owner and he still pressed charges. in June I did jailtime, and in August I had court and was given 8mos probation. This was my firsttime to have something like this ever happen! I dont know what I was thinking or what posessed me to do something so irresponsible. I am 19yrs old and My husband and I had to move due to military reasons, I was a CNA before I left and everything was alright, once I moved off...

dream interpretation please

I'm looking for a interpretation of my dream. I didn't think much of it but now a certain part keeps repeating itself in other dreams. I'll like to hear what other people think of it.
The main part is when I'm in trouble and start screaming (never have in a dream before til this year) I feel myself struggling to scream loudly to grab someone's attention. Even when it's loud, no one looks but the person who is causing me the trouble (threatening figure/holding onto me/etc) One time people looked but didn't do a thing.
That scene has came up daily. It's odd..

My Status in School

I am a graduating high school student. During my elementary, I graduated as a valedictorian. that is why My parents are expecting me to do good in school and get good grades. Now, I got a grade of 77 in calculus and if they'll learn about it, they would surely be mad at me. I don't know what to do. I love my parents and I did my best but I'm not really good in math. I could not let them down... Please give me advice on what to do/say and perhaps some good study habits in Math because I think it might help.

Well i like my guy friend named Chris. WE are in dance club together and he has a broken leg. My not so close friend Terra got mad because he was wearing my Pimp necklace. WE got out of class for two days this week to do random stuff. And he didn't take the elevator so I had to help him up the stairs. LOt of touching there. THere is a huge party this weekend and I wonder if he will go with me please give advice. And we hug and stuff but in a friend way.

When I was younger, I was molested for 2 years by my stepbrother. A year after, my boyfriend cheated on me, and my last boyfriend only wanted to date me because he wanted sex. I have always had trouble trusting guys, and I always am awkward and scared around them - even my own dad. It's hard for me to get close to a guy, and I've always thought that they were all the same. How do I open up?

I am 15 years old. Ever since I can remember, I have been unhappy - including my early childhood, which was filled by drunk and uncaring parents. I was sexually abused by my step brother for 2 years, and when I tried to tell my parents, they threatened to send me to a therapy session for 'false memories.' I grew up a quiet and introverted child, and I could never change my ways. I have always been filled with this guilt, sadness, and hatred, which led to me wanting to commit suicide. I hate speaking about my past. However, I want to learn how to open up and let people in - to trust them. I want to not worry about what they might think and to just move on. How do I do that?
