What's the best laptop?

My questions are...
1) what I'd the best laptop brand? DON'T SAY DELL OR APPLE. Apple Is to expensive and I don't want a Dell. I like hp laptops but I need experiances with them. I reall want an hp though.
2) what is the bes. Hp laptop that costs under 450.00? Hp ibknow has one but wht is the best one on thief webiste yo get that is under that price?
3) {kindof like question 2} what I the best laptop under 450.00 from the folowing brands?

I am not sure but as long as it has a WEBCAM AN IS 450.00$ or under.! :)

Concert Attire

I am going to a concert, All Time Low, finally, I've been waiting to see them for SO long. Anyway, I hear after concerts they always have hang out sessions for anyone that wants to come, where they will sign stuff and just talk, they like to do that in Philly and small places, the concert I am attending is in Philly. So, since I will probably be seeing them in person and we may possibly meet, I'm already planning an outfit. I already know I want to wear converses, because they're comfortable sneakers and they look cute too (: and probably my favorite skinny jeans but how should I do my hair and what type of shirt should I wear? A blouse, tee shirt, flanel? I would like to be comfortable but look cute enough to not necessarily turn the guys'...

i have did 7 ovalation calenders and they all gave me the same answer . i did it the first time i had my son and it worked my period came on the 18 and of this month and the ovalation calender said that i ovalate on the 25-28 of thix mnth . Can this be true ?

Staying committed to a diet

Hello im 19/f and im a healthy weight and height for my age. I want to start eating healthy and stay away from fatty foods. I have problems with buying junk food or microwavable food because its quick and easy. After the holidays im gonna get a membership at the YMCA and start working out.. but i think i need a push on that one too because i hate working out. Everybody has told me bring a friend to help encourage me but all my friends work 40 hours a week and never seem to have time. I also have a problem with when im hungry i stop at McDonald or some other fast food place. Its like this overwhelming need to have it. Almost like its an addiction when i get hungry. How can i stop this? I feel good when im eating junk food but once im full i ...

Bi-sexual Friend

Okay so I have this friend and she has told only me and my other close friend that she is bi-sexual. And well...I am kinda bi-sexual (I know you cant really be kinda bi-sexual but sometimes I dont like girls and alot of the time I do but anyway...) and me and the friend that is bi-sexual talked and she said she really liked me and I kinda liker her to. She is coming over either today or tomorrow and I know she wants to kiss me cause she has said it before and I wanted to know like how to flirt and how just to get into the kiss. Where do I start cleaning this DISASTER of a house?

ok,so i've lived in this house with my parents for years but it's embarassing to say how messy it is but for the great or good i will it has multiple piles of clothes in every room due to my sister having to move back in with us which we didn't expect but my sister had a baby and now the baby has to live here as well but the house is a total disaster and i think has contracted alot of health problems i now have to clean this whole place alone.my mom my sister has to care for her child and well let's not start on my dad.so excatly where do i start!?!thank you for ur help -ch

My ex boyfriend broke up with me, and immediately said he regretted it however he hasn't done anything about it
I chose not to stay friends n cut him out completely n he's so annoyed about it. He said when you see me you ignore me you don't even say hi. Why is he bothered? And he keeps trying to get me to stay friends with him n I don't know why

vintage dress for prom

Hey there so I'm looking for a dress to wear for prom :) My boyfriend wants to wear a vintage baby blue tuxedo with a ruffled white shirt and bow tie and all... yeah we're kicking it old school (; So anyways I was wondering if anyone could help me find a dress to match that sort of tux? I'm a bigger girl, not plus size but large/xl, and I like short poofy dresses. Anything that would match and look vintage really, I'm open to any and all suggestions :) Thanks in advance!!

Ok so I like this boy and apperently he knows. My friends decided to message him on Facebook to ask him if he likes me and for his cell number and all of that. Then my friend hacked my account and asked him out for me but i deleted it before he could see it. Then thIs week he commented on my status saying that I was cute. Family is moving. Shoul I stay in college where I am or move with them?

I am in college and I currently live about an hour away from my family. I have two younger sisters, 14 and 16, and my family is moving from Minnesota to Texas after this school year. I have really fit into my college and really like it here, I even managed to set it up where I will be able to graduate a year early. But I feel like I should be closer to my family and more importantly closer to my younger sisters to be the protective older brother. So, should I transfer schools or should I stay?

i am not on birth control . me and my boyfriend had sex thursday , friday , and today and he came into me twice each day . well my period isn,t susposed to come on till the 27 around that time but it came on juss a little while aqo . and today is the 19 . can i still be or getting pregnant or should i still take a pregnacy test later on . is it my period or is it somethimg else . im confused because he came im me earlier today twice . and we are tryin to conceive for the first time .

Which digital camera should I buy?

I currently have a Sony Cybershot 7.2. I want a new one and the ones I like are the Nikon Coolpix s4000 and the Samsung pl200. Which one is better? I've never had a touch screen camera before, does it work well/easy to use? Also, which one takes better pictures like while moving and stuff? Does the flash not make you blink in both?

Tampon Insertion

Sometimes when I have my tampon in I have a lot of trouble peeing. A tiny stream comes out that takes forever, and often half of it won't even come out until I take it out. I've asked friends about this, and they all say they've never heard of it, and I feel like a freak. Does anyone know what I might be doing wrong?

Solution for dry skin?

I try to use vasaline after a shower and/or creams, nothing is working. So i have very dry skin and sensitive skin and sometimes red. How do get smoother less dry skin, so that before i put my foundation on it doesn't make my foundation and other makeup look dry? thank you.

so i've dated alot of guys but i can't seem to find the one i'm looking for. i want a guy thats adventurous and willing to do crazy stuff with me like build snowforts together and go scuba diving and all of that stuff. i feel like no guy is willing to put that much time and effort and i feel like since i'm so picky with guys that i'll be single forever. i don't want to live my life with a boring stone though. i don't want to grow up. i'm adventurous and i want to stay that way. i want to find someone just like me that loves to do those things and isnt lazy. also someone that doesn't just SAY they wanna do it but actually DOES it. i feel like no guy like that exists and i want to give up.
