I have to break up with him, but how?

My boyfriend and I just aren't working out. We share interests and stuff, but he hardly talks to me and then he apologizes for messaging me too much, when he hardly does at all. I tried to tell him it was fine and I wanted him to talk to me, but he said he just doesn't know what to say. I'm pretty sure he does like me, but he doesn't know how to act. I'm his first girlfriend, I'm assuming.
There's no passion in this at all and I feel like we're strangers whenever we meet. Problem is, I just don't know how to break up with him and ask to still be friends. I've never been good at breaks up and I always waited for the other guy to go first, but I don't think he's going to break up with me any time soon... How can I break up with him and still be friends?

It's been 7 months since my ex broke up with me...I loved him with all of my heart. No matter how much avoidance I do, no matter how much I try not to think of him...I am still so very much in love with him. When he broke up with me, he told me it that it wasn't my fault, but that it was because he was having a hard time being in a relationship and wanted to concentrate on raising his daughter...I found out a few weeks ago that he is dating another girl now...I am angry with him, but I haven't confronted him about it...we work in the same building, so I just started ignoring him all together...I couldn't even look at him, I was just so disgusted. Not sure about college acceptances.

Hi, I am 17 and female. I am a senior in my high school and have yet to take my SAT's. I am registered to take them very soon. Before I take them, I intend to do some college visits. I know I should have done this over the summer but I was to busy with work. After I do college visits, then take my SAT's, I plan to apply for the colleges of my choice. That would probably be in 2 months. I am very concerned that applying that late would already make me not eligible to be accepted because I know you need to apply super early.
Am I correct in thinking this? Or will I get accepted to a college this late when I do my applying?

I am seventeen, female, senior in high school. I intend to go to college after high school with a major in elementary ed. I want to be a 2nd grade teacher because I love kids so much, I babysit all the time and I am a teacher for two year olds at my church per request by my pastor's wife. Now, I would like to minor in something completely different so I can keep my options open, I would like to minor in either political science or communications.
My question is, what jobs would I be able to do with a minor of communications? What jobs would I be able to do with a minor of political science?

Spray on insulation wont come off nails

So i was using the spray on insulation about 3 weeks ago and got a lot on my nails, i have used everything from gas to sand to nailpolish remover to nailpolish itself and nothing seems to help. Any adivice?

I am a 14 yr old girl going into gr 9 and i have one friend who treats me really badly she went as far as to tells me i was ugly and so was my grad dress.(which she knew i loved) i dont know how much longer i can put up with her abuse (both pyhsical as well as mental) but dont know how a can not be friends with her and still be friends with my other friends, as they will most likly hang out with her.....

nosebleeds

hiya since march i have been having nose bleeds on and off they are normally very small ans stop after 1 min or so and i have only had 4 bad ones in that time frame and tonight (4th september 2011) i have had 2 smalls on the space of 2 hours.
Is this bad?
i havent been in fights they come on for no reason at all

I'm 13/f,and my boyfriend Derek 16/m and I have been dating for a week and four days.We talk alot,but don't get a chance to see each other,because of our busy schedules.We used to talk everyday,but it's been a week,since the last time we talked.We have time to talk,but we don't.Well,I'll talk to him,and he'll say hi,and he missed me,and I won't hear from him again,unless I talk to him again.I'm really confused.Does he still love me? There's this guy I met about a month ago at summer band camp. We started hanging out and he constantly flirts with me. I thought he might like me, but I found out that he acts like that with every other girl he knows. He got my number from somebody and started texting me. Earlier, he asked me if I like him. I don't know what to do. I kinda do like him, but sometimes I don't feel like he is serious enough for me to consider anything. I'm also afraid to answer because its questions like that have ruined previous friendships of mine with other guys. I have a really close friend who I've known for two years. Shes like a sister to me. I'm involved in a lot of the same activities as her, and we have a ton in common. Shes adorable, one of the funniest people I know, and just generally seems to be happily enjoying life.
About a year ago, she started cutting herself. I didn't know about it till she started cutting her legs. I confronted her about it one night and she broke down and told me. She thinks the world is so horrible and corrupt and that life has no meaning, and that shes an awful, disgusting person who would be better off dead.
Her cuts are riduculously bad. She doesn't just cut her wrists. She has huge cuts on her legs (giant scabs)and long cuts around her thighs. Sh...

How can I set my computer so I can highlight, copy and paste stuff better?

Its hard for me to drag the computer mouse to copy and paste. sometimes I have to keep dragging it over words to copy and paste. Where do I go to in my computer so it can be easier to copy and paste?
Sometimes when I try to click on things, I have to keep clicking on it until It finally pops up, how can I fix that?

marijuana induced panic attack

last night, my friend and i went to a party. she only got high but i got drunk. we went home after awhile and i smoked. i felt extremely relaxed and tired so i passed out. around six this morning, i woke up feeling restless so she and i smoked a bowl. i took 4, maybe 5 hits off the bowl and then we tried to go back to sleep. i had my eyes shut for about 15 seconds before i realized something didn't feel right. my eyes and brain felt like they were swelling and my heart beat felt like is was beating at an extremely rapid rate. i sat up and woke up my friend, who proceeded to calm me down until i felt like i could fall asleep. also, before i fell asleep again, she informed me that my heart beat was going at a normal rate, it was just pounding...
