I keep breaking out bad every other week. So I look different basically everyday. I don't know what's a good face cleaning product any ideas? It's really annoying because I have relationships where I don't see my boyfriend for a week because of school and I feel selfconscious because I think I look horrible because of my breaking out. Like when I get with him my face is really clear then the next time I see him I have pimples on my forehead that show and I hate that. What's good to use for a long period of time? I have proactiv, clearasil, neutrogena cleaning solution, and oxy. xxOo Plzz & thankyOu (link)
See a dermitologist for perscription acne medication, and special soaps. It works wonders.

My brother's friend Dan is wicked hott! and he always shows off his stomache to me and stuff when hes at my house. we flirt a little. He even was goin to beet up a kid that was being mean to me, him self. i really like him, and he may like me. the thing is that he's my brothers friend and hes 2 years older than me. would i be betraying my brother or would he even care?
(link)
Oh, you're brother will care- he'll get over it, but he'll care. He'll probably pretend he dosent care becuse it's silly for him to, but that dosen't mean anything.

Go for it anyway.

And 2 years isn't really anything in the grand scheme of things.

I haven't seen my mother for 9 years, I'm 14. She's been on methampthetamines my entire life. I just got word today of where she is, I talked to her about 3 years ago. I need to go see her so that I can get over the fact that she will never be my mom. I just need some advice on what to say to her, and I really want to tell her to stop doing methampthetamines. I know that I won't be able to help her, but I just need some advice on how to deal with the fact that I will never have her as my mom, and that I will never be able to help her. I know it's hard to answer, but please, if anyone can help me. The pressure is too much, I'm seeing her this weekend. Please help me. I have no one else to turn to. (link)
I always found that a letter is best for this type of thing, but if you're seeing her in person it will be more dificult for both of you.

Start by telling her that you've missed having you in her life, and that you're not nieve enough to believe that anything you do or say will have a strong enough effect on her to actually change her lifestyle, even though you wish she would - but you would appriciate it if when she is clean you could see her more and make her a small part of your life.

I have a cousin who has dug herself into a sitution similar as your mothers and she regrets it so much- she's always depressed about it when she's sober, so she stays out of it with drugs and alcohol... which of course is how she got into the situation... it's pretty awful and I feel bad for her and her children... I am truely sorry you are in such a situation and I hope it goes well for you this weekend. good luck.

well im going out with this guy my 2 friends dont like....but i really like him and they want me 2 dump him but i really dont want to....but i dont wanna lose muh friends but i dont wanna lose muh boy....what should i do (link)
Men's rule of thumb, Bros before Hoes... but honestly I was a recluse for nearly 3 years while I dated one girl who didn't mesh well with my pals-- so I would say logically doing anything to maintain your friendships is always the most sound advice. Doing whatever it take to keep the boy iswhat I'd actually do... not advise, but do.

In honesty, you should be able to level with your friends and say to them, look I'm not going to dump him- but our friendship is too strong to let that ruin what we have, isn't it?

hi,

one of my dreams has been to become a singer but my parents say that if i dont sing in like a talent show at my school then they wont sign me up for anything.. the talent show passed and i didnt try out because i had something else planned for the date that they made the talent show.. ok so ALL my friends tell me that im an amazing singer and stuff ( i dont want to sound concided ) but i dont think im terrible ! any ways.. how can i get my parents to let me go to auditions and signups and stuff.. what can i do to follow this dream ? .. thanks in advance- i rate! :-)

love, singingmyheartout

[ sorry about the length ] (link)
join the chior in your school/church, Spend your free time practicing at home to covince them that you are willing to devote the time it will take to make this happen.

Ask them what they think about getting you into voice lessons (I know you sound good, but they will also teach you how to care for your voice so you don't lose it after hours of singing, and help you discover and push your limits)

If you want to convince them, the most powerful tool you have is persistance.

ok im 13/f and im goin out w/ a 12/m...yea i no its werid but im one of those ppl that says age doesnt matta lol. so we started goin out a couple of days ago but hes liked me for a long time. the only prob is when im around he doesnt treat me like his gf...i dont know wut to do cuz i really like him but i wanna be treated like his gf...not jus a friend. (link)
The first thing you need to do is discover your shift key, it makes the begining of your sentances and the word "I" capial.

Secondly - He's a feaking twelve year old, he probably doesn't have a whole lot of experiance with dating yet, so you'll have to teach him what you want out of a boyfriend.

I was nervous and awkard around girls until halfway through Highschool, and sometimes I still make mistakes dealing with ladies. But I learn from each and every woman I spend time with, and DEVELOP the skills it takes to be a good boyfriend.

Don't be afraid to take the initiative, if you want to hold hands in public, take his hand in yours. If you want to start kissing, kiss him. He'll catch on and once he gets used to it, and isn't as nervous about it, he'll begin to act more like what you expect a boyfriend to act like... New boyfriends are like new puppies... they need to be trained.

There is this boy at skool who is really hot, and he has a twin brother, and his brother is going out w/ my friend. I think that he is going out w/ my other friend, but I don't know. I also think that he may like me. He is always smiling at me and when he walks by me he slows down and at luch he is always looking at me, and i know that I don't have food on my face. Do you think he likes me? What happens if he does will my friend be mad at me? I'll rate high. (link)
There is a D*mn good chance that there is a physical attraction to you, at least. If you don't mind seriously pissing off your "friend" then I would advise that you go ahead and make a move on him.

ok, well one of my best friends in the world REALLY likes me and i kind of like him to, but hes not exactly the best person to have a relationship with. you see he has a bad reputation for goin out with girls just to "get somewhere" and then dumping them after he goes as far as they r willing to. he also has been known to get a little crazy at parties and drink every now and then just to drink. since i am the typical "goody goody" it doesnt make a whole lot of sense. he knows i dont want to "go" even close to as far as he has gone before, i wont drink... ever, and im not a party animal like him at all. easy decision, right? wrong. he claims that he wants to change all of that bout himself and wants a girlfriend like me to help him do that. he is truely sincere and really sweet and always there for me when i need him. i dont know what to do! if thats not hard enough, he lives almost an hour away and cant drive yet (neither can i) so the whole seeing each other face to face is kind of not gunna happen much. my parents arent exactly fond of him either, and im sooo busy right now with sports and school that im afraid i wouldnt be able to be a "good girlfriend" and that if he hasnt or doesnt change it will just get messy and ill loose a best friend. should i take a chance and see what happens, explain that being best friends is how i want it to stay, or explain that right now timing is just bad and delay the relationship until i know he has changed? (link)
There is excitement in the challenge of corrupting good girls. If he's talking about change, he may be willing to meet in the middle, but eventually he will want to "go" somewhere with you...

If he has been sexually active before, he will gentally preasure you to hug, then to cuddle, then to kiss... and he will slowly move forward as far as you are willing to let him, and will keep preasuing you untill you are ready for what ever comes next...

If you decide to be in this relationship (which I do not discourage, personally) you should be aware and prepared for that.

since i am a girl, i want guys to answer this. i dont know if i should ask my crush out or not. i think that he might think that i am completely crazy and insane and will break off our friendship cuz of it. i donno if he knows that i like him but i wanna ask him out and i dunno if i should or not. (link)
In the back of every guy's mind he has, at some point, thought of dating any woman he has developed a friendship with. This is a solid fact.

I'll bet dimes to dollars the same is true with your crush, he's already considered it. Go for it, and give him a chance to live out that fantasy.

does yoga help you lose weight? (link)
If you are overweight, there is a good chance that one contributing factor to you weight problem is your stress level. Some people store more fat when they are stressed and many people eat as a way to cope with stress... The motions of Yoga will help with thte stress problems. Also you are moveing about while practicing yoga, so you will burn more calories doin it than, say sitting at your backside in front of your TV or your computer... But it is not the areobic workout that get- there are more efficieant ways to burn the most calories.

My life stinks and i hate it I have like no friends cuz i go to such a small school. And my parents are having a divorse which is not going good. We are losing all are money my parents are both dating i hate my moms boyfriend who is a jerk my mom doesnt want to tell my dad that she has a boyfriend cuz shes a weirdo and she just yells at me all the time because i dont like her stupid boyfriend i have a boyfriend but he is MIA (missing in action) havnt heard from him in like a month. And my brother is a big jerk and i just want advice on what i should do I want to kill my self.

HELP ME (link)
Remember, Homicide BEFORE suicide!

but seriously... you can have friends even in a small school... find an activity that suits you - I fit into the photography crowd, the Debate/forensic team, the Swim Team, Track and Field, Latin Club, and a few others... And I was a 330 lb geek.

It's time to hunt down your boyfriend or replace him (unless he's litterally MIA in the millitary, in which case that's just sad and he needs your thoughts/prayers)

Don't go and kill yourself just yet... give it a month to see if things don't get better, and if they aren't any better by then, write me at Fire_hazzard*AT*hotmail.com
k?

My ex boyfriend and me broke up because he said ive always accused him, which i didnt know i was, I always just asked him if he was doing stuff with this one gurl.. well anyway the gurl that i heard he was doing stuff with he is now going out with her, and I still really like him and i dont know whether i should tell him i still like him, because his girlfriend hasnt been at school for the past two days and today in the hall he said hi to me and waved and he never does that when his gf is in school.. do u think he still likes me and how would be a good way to get him back? (link)
okay, so you get a little nervous about the time he's spending with someone else... You bring it to his attention and he ends the relationship with you b/c of it and starts dating that someone else... uhh, yeah- he was cheating on you, dear.

Why do you want him back?

Ok, I recently dumped my ex and he still really really really likes me. He said if I'm not too buzy we can go out another time... and everything is perfect now and I still have feelings for him. Well, one of my BFs likes him now and wants to go out with him. I don't want her to! I mean he is still mine! It's like we like eachother but we ain't going oout! Can I tell my friend sompin so she won't like him? Even if my ex did ask her out and she said yes, she wouldn't go out with him... she seems so young. PLease help! (link)
Explain to your friend that you still have feelings for you boytoy and aren't ready to see him dating other gals... If she's a good frind, she will respect that and either give you enough time to get over him before making your move, or find "annother fish in the sea"

I was in an intense relationship with a pretty disturbed guy for 3 months. He frequently encouraged me to kill myself and was pretty abusive. I don't want to see him again but I still have his jumper and want to return it as I don't like it around and don't want to throw it out(it would give him a reason to contact me again, I've tried to sever all contact) --the only mutual friend we have is his ex and I never told her I was seeing him.
I would send it to him but he's moving house...any suggestions? (link)
I think it may be time to conviently loose the jumper.

I am thirteen and I have lots of friends at school but my best friend is scared to spend the night at my house. In order to try to get her to, I have to either pay her money or give her my most valuable possesion. It's really gay. If she spends the night at my house, she has to have another friend come WITH her and she picks people that I hate to come so she's never been over to my house! How can I get her to spend the night at my house without having to bribe or pay her? HELP!!! ASAP!!! (link)
wise man once say: a good friend will ask for your time but never you money.

Do not pay people to spend time with you. Period.

Okay my boyfriend is SO pissed off at me. He got so mad at me and he said he wasnt mad anymore but then he was lyk "FUCK U!" n hung up on me =(...what should i do? Im NOT gonna dump him because thats stupid...i love him and i wanna make this work. What should i do to make it up to him? IM me on oOPassion kissez if you need the full story. Thanks.. (link)
Everyone is saying talk to him talk to him... I say give it a few hours AT LEAST to cool down and let off steam... then when you talk to him again. Be understanding... and if it makes sense, be appologetic.

16/f
So I really like this guy and I want to talk to him about us... a lotta people who hang out with us think he likes me too... but I just don't know. I want to talk to him about it but I don't know how to bring it up without sounding really forward. I also don't want to mess up our friendship if he ends up not liking me. I don't want things to get weird when we hang out if I tell him I like him and then he doesn't like me back... so I guess I just want ideas on how to bring it up and talk about it and what I can do maybe to flirt more with him and things. I already flirt a lot with him... but more ideas might help.
-Karen (link)
Don't be afraid to sound forward. Be asertive, get what you want. I'd start by bringing up the time that you kissed.

You: "I know we haven't talked about it much, but do you remember the time you kissed me?" (or 'I kissed you' or however it would be most accurate to word it)

Him (sheepishly and a little embarassed): "yeah...."

You: "Well, I just wanted to say thank you - I really liked it. I was wondering if maybe we could do that again sometime."

You think that sounds cheesy, but I gaurentee that if you can pull it off and sound serious (no cracking up or blushing) he will be yours within the week... probably within a few moments.

I know Valentine's day isn't for a while, but I like to start stuff early so I'm ready. Well I wanted some ideas for what to get or do for my boyfriend of over more than a year! any suggestions? thanks

>>.*. So Inlove .*. (link)
One of the keys to romance is to do something unexpected... having plenty of time is a most excellent way to start if you want this to be specail. Not knowing your age and financial situation makes giving strong advice difficult here, but I would recomend avoiding the normal dating sceen on the 14th. My past adventures in this relm have included a Hot Air Balloon ride (very, very cool) a valentine's scavanger hunt where one clue leads to the next (hell, if you can have the last clue BE the hot air balloon ride, you win! I did them in two seperate years)secluded woodland picknicks, reading to eachother near the fire place with hot tea and soft gingersnaps... If you and your boyfriend are mature enough and serious enough, then sharing a candle lit bubble bath, or a sensual massage with scented oils may be in order. Whatever you plan, consider all 5 sensory elements. Think about how you will excite and dazzle each. Good luck and most importantly, have fun.

i made out with my bf the other day and he has been telling everyone about it ever since, but i only hear that from my friends. he has talked about it to my friends and stuff like that. i dont really like it, should i talk to him about it? i'm not sure what to do, i mean it is true... its not like a false rumour he is passing around or anything. i like him, he's sweet, but i feel like i cant make out with him anymore or else he's guna tell every one about it... also, for the boys out there, why do you think he talked about it so much? thanks (link)
Yes talk with him about it. Explain that the intiment moments you share with him are meant to be his and noone elses. Explain that whereas you are not embarrased you have been affectionate with him, that it is not proper for the details of how you spend your private time together to become public entertainment. As for why he talks about it, well there are several reasons, I'm sure. One, he's proud. Two, It's probably hard for him to keep secrets, esp. one as exciting as a good makeout session, so he felt like he had to tell someone about it. and three, it's good for his reputation (even if it is bad for yours) He probably hasn't even really considered number three consciously, but it plays a factor for him.
Good luck.

i have a boyfriend of 3 years but lately i have been talking to this other guy, who is 23. i am 17 years old. i really am starting to like this other guy and i feel as if i dont have strong feelings for my boyfriend anymore. i ended up having sex with the 24 year old..and we talked even after that. he says he cares about me and likes me and isnt messing with anyone else. he knows i have a boyfriend and has told me to choose before but i just changed the subject. i want to know your opinions on this. (link)
Not to be a party pooper here, but your relationship with the 24 year old isn't going to work. Sorry, but I have been in the guys shoes once and my best friend has been there no less than 3 times. And we got all sorts of advice from people warning us, but we never listend to them- so I don't expect you to listen to me. When you're older, a 7 year age differance is a surmountable obstical, but at your age, well... it simply isn't. In the last seven years that guy has gone through some serious changes in his life. right now you and he are compatable, but your life is about to hit a point where it goes through this rollercoster, and during it the relationship will inevetably fail. Don't mean to be such a downer, but that's reality.
