I didn`t exactly know what to put this under..

Question Posted Friday January 14 2005, 5:16 pm

I keep breaking out bad every other week. So I look different basically everyday. I don't know what's a good face cleaning product any ideas? It's really annoying because I have relationships where I don't see my boyfriend for a week because of school and I feel selfconscious because I think I look horrible because of my breaking out. Like when I get with him my face is really clear then the next time I see him I have pimples on my forehead that show and I hate that. What's good to use for a long period of time? I have proactiv, clearasil, neutrogena cleaning solution, and oxy. xxOo Plzz & thankyOu

A good face cleaning line is Cetaphil- it's one of the most recommended by Dermatologists- you can find it any where now.. it used to be hard to find. It's rated in magazines and such and i've never had clearer skin.

Pay attention to the shampoos, body washes and especially the food you have been consuming the past few days...

Hope it helps!

I use Mary Kay's Volocity (go online) and Avon stuff works really really well for me! If you don't have a consultant you can go online to fine the site.

See a dermitologist for perscription acne medication, and special soaps. It works wonders.

OK, well I know that acne does suck. The deal is, none of the stuff you listed you have REALLY works. For minor acne get Clinique stuff! It works pretty well, especially the night cream stuff. But if you have like majorly bad acne, you could go to a dermotologist, it's expensive, but hay the stuff they give you, really works. And also, to prevent acne, get at least 8 hours of sleep every night and drink a lot of water.
*Hope I helped!*
