okay well, heres a little backround information...
josh is my current boy, brandon is my x-boy.

in basic form: josh skrewed some girl while going out with me and i have him admitting it on recording but i havnt said anything to him yet, and brandons step dad wants to do everything he can to mess my life up and upset me and my family. and now that brandons coming back i dont know what to do... help please! please. brandons coming back into my life again in a week.

josh and i have always had a thing but had never gone out. brandon and i had gone out, and we where going out untill brandon got locked up. at first it was okay, we sent eachother letters, but then we couldnt anymore. so i broke up with him. i loved brandon so much he ment everything to me. i thought he was the one, the one i was gunna marry. anyways, josh started making moves on me while brandon was locked up, somehow he wone me over even though i voued to stay with brandon. i started going out with josh and it was awesome. we have been going out since january. now brandon is getting out in about a week, im so skrewed because im still head over heals for him. he had my friend that got out on a pass from being locked up call me and tell me that brandons still in love with me.

but get this...
this person that called me also let me listen to a recording of my current boy, josh when he was drunk and he admitted skrewing my friend sara! and he said that he would do it again. i havnt said anything to him yet but oh my is he going to get hell. and my parents dont like him because hes not white (im white.)

and brandon, his dad called my parents and tried to skrew up my life by telling them terrible lies about me and saying that brandon didnt want anything to do with me although it isnt true. but my parents dont like brandon either because hes been locked up.

Every weekend all our friends do something fun like go to the movies or bowling. And they always invite me and my boyfriend... but my boyfriend never wants to go. He only wants to sit home and watch movies and snuggle. Which is okay sometimes... i mean, i'm glad he wants to be with me... but we never do anything fun. And the weird thing is, it's not like he's anti-social... at school he's super popular and a big show off and loves to be the center of attention. But whenever we're together with a bunch of people, he ends up pouting and getting mad that I'm talking to other people. It's like he's jealous if I get any attention, or if I'm giving anyone else attention. So all we do is sit home while everyone else has fun, and they think we're like the most boring couple on earth. Well, let me clarify that I am not at all racist in any way, shape or form.

My mom is, though. She's always talking about African Americans as if they were criminals or something. She's always saying "Don't hang out with those black kids" or "Those black people are trouble/mean/not proper/etc" That's my MOM's view on them. Not me.

Well, I want to take a extracurricular activity & the only places that teach that activity are in the city/downtown. And my mom doesn't want me going there and stuff because "The place is filled with black people and it's not a safe/nice environment to go to." But I really want to take that activity and I hate learning through videos and DVD's. But there aren't any place else where I live. I've googled & looked on yellow pages. And my mom doesn't want to drive me there often. So what should I do about this?

I can maybe convince her that I won't be drugged or killed. [She always thinks I'll get drugged, raped, or killed even if I go to like a friend's house. Paranoia.] I mean she encouraged me to take on the activity herself but now that she knows where the schools are located at, she might be backing out of her words...

Sorry to say, but there's probably nothing you can do to change your mom's views on African Americans. Try finding a friend to do the activity with so that their parent can drive you.

My eyes have twitched before randomly, but never for a long period of time. For three days now, my eyes have been twitching sporadically. Is this something to be concerned about or will it eventually just go away?

I have been stressed by school lately, and just began wearing contacts. But I don't think contacts have anything to do with it.

My wife and I have not had sex in over a year. I'm 31, and she is 39, soon to be 40 in November. We both were virgins when we married so we had no prior sexual experiences. Almost every time we tried having sex, she said she hurt very badly. Sometimes I wouldn't even be touching her, and she said it felt like I was stabbing her with a knife in her privates. We went to a doctor earlier this year, and after an exam, the dr. determined that a muscle just inside the vagina-I can't remember its name-wasn't "stretched out" like it should be, and after it was, the pain should stop. She prescribed some lidocane gel and told my wife to put it on and just up inside her vagina about 10-20 mins. before sex, and it would numb her so she wouldn't feel any pain in that spot. I even tried some of it on myself on a bug bite one night, and it numbed it so that I could not feel where it itched me. She never has tried the medicine, and every time I bring it up, she either changes the subject, or just says she thinks something else is wrong and doesn't agree with what the dr. said. I said try going and getting a 2nd opinion, but she never has given me an answer. Our 5th anniversary is coming up the 28th of this month, and we're going away for the weeekend. I'd really like to get this problem solved by then, and I think we both would be much happier if it were and we could enjoy our vacation that much more. Also, we are still intimate with each other...I kiss her on her breasts sometimes, and she likes it, and once we were "wrestling" and she accidently hurt my penis, and she "kissed it to make it feel better," and we both enjoyed it, but she just seems uninterested or nervous about trying intercourse again. What can we do to resolve this, and how can I bring up without hurting her feelings, that I'm feeling deprived sexually?

Obviously, she has a medical problem, but this problem looks like it's created some mental troubles. I suggest getting marital counseling, because that's always a good way to get your feelings across and have someone help you solve whatever problems you have at hand. A counselor can help you get to the root of her problems with trying to use the solution to her sexual problems.

I'm really freaking out.... Is downloading music from the internet illegal? I've downloaded 160+ songs and I really don't wanna get in trouble! Is there a way you can tell if the website is illegal or legal? Can anyone give me LEGAL websites that you can download music from? Only websites, not a program you have to download. Also, can anyone tell me if these websites are fine to use cause I downloaded most of my songs from this website www.seekasong.com, and some from www.mp3raid.com..... And is it ok if I burn a CD from iTunes with all my songs on it and give it to my friend? (they're downloaded songs and she won't do anything with them except listen to them, not like selling. Yea, it's illegal, but so is jaywalking. If there aren't any cops around, you just do it. Same deal with pirating stuff. You're probably not going to get caught, but there's always a chance.

I've got loads of pirated stuff on my computer, and I've never been caught because there are simply too many people doing this to crack down on. Mostly the music companies go after the companies hosting the files.
