What he is asking about is whether you release G-spot fluid from your urethra (tube you urinate from) when you masturbate. This usually can be up to a lire of fluid and happenes when the G-spot is stimulated. It's a type of orgasm that is elusive for most women.

My guess would be that squirt=masturbate. So if you do that- then I assume you "squirt".

Then again- who understands teen lingo these days?
