What have been some major conflicts of Great Britain in the past, that aren't connected to America, and affected a lot of different classes of people?

15/f. Sophomore.

I took the PSAT about a week ago. There was only critical thinking/reading, math, and I'm not sure what the other section was called, but it was like grammer and choosing the right word. Are these the only subjects on the SAT? What about science? History?

On the math test, there was multiple choice, and then there was fill in. It was if you missed any math that wasn't multiple choice, it wouldn't count agaist you. How can it not count? What's the point of it?

One last question. What's a good score to get? A bad one? How many is it out of?

Any answers appreciated.

I don't know the answer to your first question. I took mine today, and we also had a fill in for a few questions in the math, so I assume they're the same test.


If you answered a question wrong, you lose 1/4 of a point. If you leave it blank, you don't lose anything. So I didn't answer that question with the three circles where you find the tangent about something, because I hate circles and don't know shit about tangents so I decided it wasn't worth a guess. However, on the fill in math problems, if you got it wrong, you don't lose anything.


At least that's how it was at my school.

Okay there is this guy I like. Im 20 and he is 26. He is over at my house all the time, and we will be sitting in the backyard and he will pick up a handful of rocks and playfully throw them at me. Or I will get a text from a friend and he will text me (when he is like 2 feet away) and he will be like "is this the only way you will pay attention to me? He always stares at me and when he talks to me he is always looking me in the eyes. I will be sitting on the couch and he will sit right next to me to where our legs will almost be touching, and if they are, he doesn’t move his leg. A family friend that had never seen or heard of him before, asked me if he likes me because she seen the way he was looking at me and she said she’s positive he likes me. Do you think he likes me? Alright, well usually I'll agree 'age is just a number' but this situation...

My friend is a 15 year old girl and she's dating a 12 year old boy. I mean, yeah age is just a number but this is weird. People usually say on here 'Remember someone who is older wants a different kind of relationship' and that's true. A 12 year old boy has just left his "Girls have cooties" stage for gods sake!

Well my question is, do you think it's right that they're dating? Or is just me thinking it's wrong?

I have been with my boyfriend for 5 months. I feel very positive about our relationship now, however it has been quite rocky in the past. However, despite having had difficult times and many arguments, we have always had pretty good sex (and a lot of it). It was average at times, but at other times it was mind-blowing, better than I've ever had before.

Then the following occurred about two weeks ago:
(1) I broke up with him because I felt we argued too much and it was making us both unhappy.
(2) Four days later we were back together. We had missed each other horribly and I felt breaking up had been a mistake.
(3) Ever since, he has had BIG impotency problems. He has issues getting an erection (no matter how sexy I try to be!) and loses it very quickly when he does get it. Even handjobs and blowjobs only get him hard for a couple of seconds before he is totally soft again, so no chance of sex anytime soon (it's like playing pool with a rope, right?!)

So, I love him, and I love sex, and I want more than anything to be intimate with him, but it just isn't happening! Majorly frustrating. I questioned him about it gently and he said he has just been tired and stressed. But I find this very suspicious: his life has not changed remarkably since we first got together, and he has a very laidback job. I can only conclude that he is (a) not attracted to be anymore (he assures me this is not the case), (b) cheating on me and feels guilty thus removing his desire to have sex with me, (c) has physical problems that he should get seen to, or (d) really is stressed and tired.

I'm going out of my mind because I don't know what to do. If I talk to him about it, I think it might make him feel even worse. But if I say nothing, I'm thinking about (a) and (b) above and driving myself nuts.

Suggestions would be very much appreciated!

Yeah, the essay does suck. Everyone does that first one because it's easiest and you don't have to quote him. Of course I went off on a tangent of how no one will reproduce and society will crumble, etc. etc.

I've been dating this guy for sometime now. It was an internet relationship, but i didnt care. He was sweet and made me feel so much better about myself in so many ways. We used to say to tell each other that we loved each other everytime we talked. But recently i he wasnt on for a while. I kept on loving him. Okay, so I have a very bubbly personality. Well, I'm staring 8th grade and I'm not nervous or anything, but some of my friends aren't in my classes. I don't really want to go to class alone.
