actually yes. because you see when your breast get hit it makes the muscle not so good anymore and then your breasts wont be the same anymore. and also if you hit your breast like really really hard then that could lead to some serious problems.

No. Cancer is caused by mutated cells. Hitting someone doesn't mutate a cell.

That might be helpful. You can get breast cancer in a variety of ways, but it is highly doubtful that getting hit in the chest would be one of them. If you really are worried about it, I would suggest talking to a doctor.
