wel... i just started my period... in the beginning of the summer (im 13) and ive been useing pads......well ther a pain in the ass!!! so0o i wanna start usin tampons but..... i donno.....i cant imagine shoving a string with a lot of coton strips up u! lol so should i be scared?? cuz... i donno wat 2 du.....! help..pleez lmao

ok, look, every girl has to go through with this. i was scared when i decided to use them as well. just fret about it though. just take some deep breaths and go for it! you dont have to shove it up there, just push it in slowly. but if your not ready then wait alittle while. just a tip though, its going to hurt alittle taking it out. so dont think that something is wrong with you if that happens. i think you should do it sista!

Hey Leah, this is my second time in this column and you give great advice so... well it's about my ex again. It's been about a year since we broke up but i still havnt gotten over him. i really really want to ask him out but i'm just so afraid that he's going to say no. i love him soo much he's in my mind 24/7. he's like no other guy in this world for me. should i ask him out and if he says yes then yes and no i say just kidding you fell for that!!? what should i do? about a month ago i said to him-hypothetically, what would happen if i asked you out? and he said he would say no cause of bro and sis relations. also, i told him i didnt like him anymore cuz i didnt like 2 weeks ago..but i just cant let go. he's just so sweet and perfect! but yah so should i ask him out?!?! thanks again for your great advicce!!

hello! ok i know how hard it is to get over someone you love, its REALLY REALLY tough. but if he told you that he would say no then lay off for awhile. but still flirt with him and try to look really pretty when you know you'll be in his presents : )lol. or you could try to flirt with other guys to make him jelous or something. just be really really nice to him untill he realized how much you like him. sooner or later you'll have the confidence to ask him out again and you'll be sure if he is gonna say yes or not. if you ask him out and he says no then just think, everything happens for a reason and there IS someone out there for you...you just have to search for him. it could be someone you walk by everyday but you never really talk to them, or it could be someone youve never meant but their still out there. trust me on this on hun, even though him in like.......8 years it wont madder anymore. but if he says yes then i suggest not getting too close to him bc if you two break up then its going to be some tears falling. try having a girls night out to get your mind off of him. go to a movie or the zoo to just have some fun!: ) i hope i helped!

ok, first of all that guy is a sick sick purve. you really should tell an adult. i know its embaracing but you really have no other choice. in most schools he would be expelled. just tell a teacher or someone you trust that he saw you do somthing embaracing and he is doing that. they will take care of it.

My grandfather is a very old, sick, frail man. He is 93 years old, a cancer surviver, a husband, a father... He hasn't been doing so good lately. Last week he called the funeral parlour to make arrangements for himself, he told my grandmother what song he wanted to be played at the funeral, where he wanted to be burried, where he wanted the wake to be. I'm really upset, because I love my grandfather dearly, he's such a great man. When my other grandfather died when I was eight, I went to his funeral and I couldn't keep myself together at all, it was so scary for me to be there seeing him in a casket completely lifeless when he used to be this happy man who would joke around with my brother and me when we were younger, who would take us down to the corner store to get candy since my dad wouldn't take us.. I don't want to have to go through that again. I know it's the right thing to pay my respects, but I'm just so scared. How can I get over my fear of going to his funeral? I do want to be there to pay my respects, but I'm so so scared. Can anyone help?

look, i know what your going through. i had to go through the same thing with the man who raised me(not my dad), but thats another story. look, just think to yourself, your grandpa would have wanted you to be there. just tell him you love him everyday, trust me, it hurts to know you forgot to say i love you to someone after they are gone. if you dont go then your really gonna regreat it later on in life. i know its hard but your family and friends are a suport group so talk to them. or if you want you can drop somthing in my inbox and ill try to help you and stuff. rember this...there are holes in the floor of heaven so he is watching over you all the time. i hope it helped you.

look just be yourself, trust me you would rater be hated for who you are, then liked for who you arnt. secondly, just take alot of deep calming breaths. third, always look up when you walk, not at your shoes. 4th, look in the mirror and go over what you are going to say to her before you do it. think about EVERYTHING she could possibly say to her. then just ask her. its better in person, and dont do it when everyone is around either...it makes it all weird. i hope it helped, feel free to ask anything else.

my boyfriend is always gone.. hes either at baseball or football or out with the guys or at the lake..he never tells me when he has to do stuff and when he is home and i wanna do something he makes me feel bad because he starts to tell me how much he misses me but its not my fault hes never home.. but rele i miss him a lot too and thats the main reason it bothers me..i wanna be able to talk to him more and see him more.. is there anything that i can do...??

wow, i HATE it when i have bfs like that but anywho this is what you do. just have a SERIOUS talk with him. tell him that you really like him but it seems as if you two dont talk verry much anymore and you want to spend time with him or even talk to him. just ask him if there could be a time when he could call you when he isnt busy. hope it helps even though its short. lol.

I made out with my boyfriend last night and my older brother walked in on us (we were in my room with the door locked but my bro just has to stick a penny in the door too twist it.. if you know how those work yeah)... He came in and got really really pissed and started yelling at my bf (which made him leave), My brother had me in tears, he acted like he was my parents he was yelling at me and everything... you need to talk to your parents first. tell them that you love them TO DEATH but your growing up and you would never go any farther than making out until your WAY older. tell them that your sorry but they really need to give a little faith in you. dont say it like your mad though bc that would lead to BAD things. and then once they forgive you and that stuff go to your brother and say the same thing. tell him that you hate fighting with him and you didnt mean what you said, you just were really mad and didnt know how to say it the right way. i REALLY hope it helps. tell me how it works out : )!

ok well the pubic hair means that they start to hair in places they didnt before.

moody swings mean that at one second they could be really happy and the next they could be sad for no reason at all!

when girls get there period blood comes out of there vagina area. they will get cramps every now and then when they are on it and they get very moody. it comes about once a month.

and the last thing was that they start having more phisical feelings for guys and/or girls. so there body gets ready for them to have a baby. you know when your able to have a baby when you have started your period.

ok well school jsut started and there is this boy i liked during the summer right after i broke up wiht one of his friends had we went out but he broke up wiht me cause he said he couldn't do that to his friend (cause his friend still liked me).Well now that school has started the boy (david) is like flirting alot but then again he flirts wiht other girls too and he sits by me in class.He like really flirts wiht me alot but i dont kno if he likes me.Sry so long!
