Even though this is an embarressing situation, you need to tell someone, you can leave out the part of what he caught you doing, but just say he is threatening you and all of that.. thats the best thing to do in this situation i believe. First of all, why was he in the woman's restroom to begin with??? Either way, you're 16. You're not a little baby. You know the right thing to do here. Also, you have nothing to be ashamed of. Tell your parents/guardians or a teacher right away. This is so immature of him, and he should be talked to by a teacher right away. It might be embaressing to tell your teachers what he was threatening with, but you'll feel better once you tell someone (would you rather go out with him and makeout with him whenever he wants?).
