What is a good way not to get to nervous and do bad at the sport????
sunnyville answered Tuesday August 23 2005, 1:32 pm: You could do is try to relax, trust in yourself and say to yourself that you could do it,pratice some moves before the volley ball game, have everything well prepared so so don't get more nervous and so you don't start to get frustrated. Also you should bring in a towel and some water to cool you down. You should also do a warmup like stretching before doing a sport. Also drink some coffee which helps adults a lot when going to their job.Keep your eyes on the game because if you stare a lot at the people watching the game you won't be able to focus and you'll get distracted.
