When you go in to kick it, use your inner foot to kick it, but use the front of your cleat to kick it also (around the area of your big toe). Kick it straight and hard, and follow through with your kick all the way! Keep practicing and eventually you will get it! Also, stretch out before you play soccer, and ice your feet if they ever get sore! Good luck! hope I helped :)

I'm getting mysterious love notes.
On Monday I found one in my locker that says that "this boy" lovesme sosososososososo much. He also said that he's in two of my classes.

Then today (Thursday)I found another one in my locker. It said I was the most special, cutest, and sweetest person in the world. He said his love burns for me like the white hot embers of the sun.

What should I do about this?
I know all the boys that are in two of my classes, and I know none of them are guys that I'll never want to go out with. How do I handle this?

Well, for one your secret admirer is wrong. The sun does not have embers lol.
Anyway, just tape a note inside your locker (where your secret admirer puts your notes) that says : Sorry, I'm not interested in having a boyfriend right now. It's very rude for them to go through your locker, and plus, it's not like the note is mean or anything.

ok look me and my friend have been friends for about ever since i have moved to here in the U.S.A we are both in 8th grade. If a girl likes you, she smiles at you a lot, brushes your arm against yours (sometimes!), asks you lots of questions, and sometimes seems a little nervous around you. Either that or it's all in your head. She may not even like you as more than a friend, maybe Cory was just being a jerk because he detected false chemistry between you two. Well, for the love life part than talk about anything.... teachers "ugh, I have SO much homework, my teachers are CRAZY." or somethin like that. Ask your crush questions, so he feels included and isn't just listening to you talk and talk. Give him a compliment (hey! I like your sneakers a lot) and smile and be nice to him. Also, bring along some sort of snack (fruit snacks, chips, pretzels, popcorn, whatever) and offer some to him.
As for the apology, give your friend some candy and a card (either homemade or from a store) that shows how important of a friend he/she is to you. Say, "I'm really sorry about what happened. If there is any way I can make it up to you, I'll do whatever it takes."

Theres this guy I like and he likes me. I am 13 and he is 15 and hes liked me for a long time and same for me but we both just found out that we liked eachother about 2 months ago. Well he was about to ask me out but thought I'd say no b/c I was 12 then and there was 3 year age diff. He gots a g/f now and he says he still likes me though and he got kinda drunk one night and was all touching me and tried to get me to kiss him but he has a gf so I said no and he kept trying to covince me but I didnt want him to get in trouble by his gf so I refused but now I wish I had kissed him and he was pretty drunk but even when he isnt he still wants me to kiss him but its hard to know if hes joking or not because he has a big sense of humor and i was like are u joking he kept saying no. Well, first of all, if a boy is really drunk, then it's not like he's really going to make much sense. Try picturing yourself with him: Him getting drunk every weekend and smelling like beer, while wanting to make out with you. He might even manipulate you into start underage drinking as well, which is extremely dangerous! Later on in life, he might get in trouble for even worse crimes than underage drinking, and he might pressure you into things you don't want to do. Honestly, I don't think that he deserves you. Simply tell him you're not interested anymore. And P.S. if you even witnessed him cheating on his current girlfriend, how loyal do you think he'll be as your boyfriend?

Sounds like you're already pretty popular. But try not to ALWAYS take center stage. I.e. when you work on something in school as a group, let other people orally present it to the class. Or, when playing sports, pass the basketball to other team players, instead of dribbling it all around. Things like that will make people feel special and stuff. And remember to always be kind and include everyone in what you do!

I'm painting my room next weekend. A few years ago when I put up pictures and stuff like that I used glue and nail polish to hold them up. (don't ask) so how will I get the stuff off I tried like dish soap and water but it doesn't work

Use achohol pads to wipe off the stains, or try one of the two cleaning products : 409 or Fantastic. Try using nail polish remover on the walls and if all fails, use a paint chipper to chip it all off.

Hey. Today in class I was like to my teacher (in front of everyone) "Your wife is really pretty, don't you think shes out of your leauge" And we talked about it the day before, and we were laughing and stuff.. so I thought it wouldent be like mean or anything. But it was only me and him..not the whole class. So he got mad and was like "Ohhh I'm gonna fail you now" And I know he's joking but I felt bad and said sorry. I asked him if we could be best friends (lol) and he said yep. So I wanna get friendship bracelets lol...or rings cuz hes a guy lol. Just to show how truly sorry I am. Because I guess it was stupid of me to do that...so where the heck do i get friendship stuff? Oh and can I get it cheap? :-D

ok im like really white all my friends are way darker then me. anyways you know those different lotions that give you a tan what one works the best and doesnt turn you orange and really dark but gives you a beach tan. i dont want to go to a tanning bed because that can give you skin cancer or something. thanks.

Neutrogena Instant Bronze get it in the Light Shade (I'm really pale, too!) It works great on me just apply an even layer in circular rubbing motions and wait 10 minutes then apply a second layer (if ya wanna look tanner).

i really want to become a vegetarian, but i dont know the right way to do it. i dont wanna be a vegan because i love milk and cheese wayy too much. but is just not eating meats the right way to do it so i'll still be healthy? i'll still eat eggs and stuff, but if i just dont eat meats will i be okay? any vegetarians here would be greatly apprecied!

Good for you! It's good to see someone taking a stand for all the lil' critters out there :) If you are a healthy vegetarian, then you will be fine. Eat lots of eggs to make up for your lost protein, and continue to eat plentiful amounts of dairy (3 servings a day-- don't wanna be sick!) Also, another GREAT veggie product is Morning Stars Veggie Grillers. They are Vegetable Hamburgers, and they taste great in the oven or grilled. I love to eat Morning Stars Boneless Buffalo Wings. Things have been going great with my boyfriend. But I can tell my best friend is jealous. I guess I dont blame her but still, I'd like to be able to talk to her about it without feeling guilty like I'm bragging. Maybe your bud is jealous because a) She has feelings for your BF b) she wants a boyfriend of her own OR c) she feels like all you care about is your boyfriend, and never spend time with her anymore. Try not to bring it up too much in front of her, wait till she asks you about it. Be kind to her, maybe she's going through a rough time, thinking there's something wrong with her just because she doesn't have a boyfriend. Spend plenty of time with her, let her know that even tho you have a boyfriend, your number 1 pal is still her. Try to play matchmaker to get her hooked on another guy. When she feels comfortable enough to discuss your love life, then go for it! But remember, crushes come and go, but friends are forever! :)

my shoulder came out during my football game yesterday ( we still won cause were beast like that ) but anyway how long do u think it will talk for me to be able to play again it will talke atleast a week ( league rules u go off tot he hospital u gotta miss a game )i also gotta concusion form it

Put an Icy Hot Patch on it to make the soreness feel better. Ice your shoulder a lot, and play again about a week after your doctor proclaims it healed. You don't want to take any risks of getting an even more severe shoulder injury. Also, eat healthy and drink 2-3 glasses of milk per day. My guess is that you can play in about 1-2 months after your injury. Feel better soon :)

Maybe your crush is confused. He likes you and all, but isn't ready for a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship yet, because that would mean he could only like flirt wit one girl (you!). Boys usually don't mature as fast as girls do, so they aren't into any serious kind of relationship. It may take as long as sophomore-senior year of high school for them to fully mature! Or maybe he thinks you aren't returning his affections. Or maybe not. Next time he holds your hand say nicely (not meanly), "I'm really confused, because you said you only liked me, but I think that I saw you flirting with someone else the other day. I know that we aren't exactly going out, but I just wanted to know." Maybe he wasn't even flirting with that girls, or maybe he simply assumed you guys were an item. If I were you, I would say yes to the guy. I mean, he WILL grow. All boys start growing in high school in freshman-junior year, just around when girls stop growing. He will eventually pass you up. I highly doubt this would have any effect on your relationship, but it will if the height difference bothers you or him.

ok well im really unhappy with my life and ive thought about sucicide but never really wanted to do it because i know that that is just a permanent solution to a temporary problem, but i was wondering if anyone can help me be...happier, or give me some tips

Okay, the first thing you need to do is NOT THINK ABOUT SUICIDE. Observe the world and its wonderful qualities; the beauty of your mom's garden, the pretty bluejays chirping, etc. etc. Think about how lucky you are that you have a warm, safe home, a loving family, and 3 square meals a day, unlike people who are halfway around the world from you.
Next, get enough sleep and eat healthy. Sometimes depression is a consequence of bad eating and sleeping habits. Eat 5 fruits and veggies a day, and 3 calcium and meat products. Go to sleep sometime between 9:30 and 10:00 at night, so when you wake up at 6:00 or 7:00 to go to school or work, you will be better-rested.
Finally, get yourself involved in activities. A new job? A new friend or two? A new crush? Yearbook committee?
Whatever you do, be happy and nice to all people in your life and let them know how much you love them :)

okay here it goes... my friend is goin out with this guy that she really likes and he just is devoted to her (so she tells me). i've heard from his best friend that he is just goin out with her for the looks and poularity that comes along with her. Tell your friend right away! It's totally not fair to her if she's being used by him just cuz she's pretty and popular. Confront her about it and say, "Look, I know that you really really like (Name of her BF), but I heard that he's using you. It might be a rumor, but keep an eye on him." She IS going to be defensive, no surprise about that, but don't try forcing her to dump her man. That part is up to her. But if she plans to stick wit her hunny, then at least you warned her. But be there for her if she really needs consoling. Anyway, who knows? It might even not be true that her man is using her.
