ok well im really unhappy with my life and ive thought about sucicide but never really wanted to do it because i know that that is just a permanent solution to a temporary problem, but i was wondering if anyone can help me be...happier, or give me some tips

Okay, the first thing you need to do is NOT THINK ABOUT SUICIDE. Observe the world and its wonderful qualities; the beauty of your mom's garden, the pretty bluejays chirping, etc. etc. Think about how lucky you are that you have a warm, safe home, a loving family, and 3 square meals a day, unlike people who are halfway around the world from you.
Next, get enough sleep and eat healthy. Sometimes depression is a consequence of bad eating and sleeping habits. Eat 5 fruits and veggies a day, and 3 calcium and meat products. Go to sleep sometime between 9:30 and 10:00 at night, so when you wake up at 6:00 or 7:00 to go to school or work, you will be better-rested.
Finally, get yourself involved in activities. A new job? A new friend or two? A new crush? Yearbook committee?
Whatever you do, be happy and nice to all people in your life and let them know how much you love them :) ]

do NOT go through with suicide! my frend was like this wen we first met...i mean nife in pocket and waiting...im not a psychologist and i cant reallie "coach" you into being happier...the onlie thing i can do is gib you advice...
first off..it idnt gonna be easy...try to look at your life in a totallie different view...in a more OPTIMISTIC view...next...dont eben THINK about suicide...last buh not least...find some non-violent to cope with anger or embarrassment or watebe emotion thats making you wanna suicide...as i sed its not gonna be easy... buh trying is soore worth the trip rite?

well wen my life suks i write in a journal about what is making me mad and it seems to help me! but whatever you dont kill yourself ]
it depends what the temporary problem is. you are right not to commit suicide because that wont fix anything, even if it seems to. just think about the good things in your life (there have to be some) you could join a support group online and meet friends like you. just dont give up on yourself. i hope i helped ]
try spending more time with your friends! they always seem to cheer me up! i hope everything goes good for you! but whatever you do..DON'T commit suicide because life gets better! don't worry sweetie everything will be okay in the end! i hope you have a great day! leave one in my inbox anytime you need to talk! =)

sure, im the same way. i told me mom about me being unhappy and now im on pills but also talking to freidns really does help. or writing in a journal. i also write poetry about how i feel but not a lot of people get that its about how i feel. but it helps. and if you need someone to talk to my sn's blinkbabe2469. im alawys willing to listen. ]

I've been there, done that: many of times! Find things to get your mind off of your problem. Turn to your friends for comfort or just chill with them so you forget about it. Try meditation. I write poetry and it makes me feel better because I'm puttin it all on paper. Scream, if you need to. Anything to let your pain out. Just don't harm yourself or anyone else. If you feel you could, you could go to a doctor about it. I'm not calling you crazy by saying that. They can really help. I didn't feel it was an option for me but maybe you do. Try listening to music you can listen to. It helps you vent. Talk to friends and family about it. They will always be there for you if they care. :) ]
I suggest 3 things that helped me when i was going through what you are right now which are :
1.Read a book that relates to your situations(im serious it helps so much)
2.get involved in after school things to keep u busy and get ur mind out of any thoughts like suicide.
3.stay with ur friends hang out with them specialy the funny ones and go shopping or something or hang out somewhere that is worth being there.
and of course the one everyone tells u to do talk to friends,teachers,and specialy parents because they deserve to know what ur thinking about or how u feel.
