Just be like "I know people have problems in there lives, but I can try to help you through them if you want. If you ever need to talk, you know I'm here for you. I mean I know it can be tough sometimes, but killing yourself won't solve it, either will cutting yourself. And if you feel like you want to, you should try putting a rubberband around your wrist and snap it each time you feel like cutting yourself. And I mean everyone has a purpose for living on this earth, you're unique in your very own way. You may not think that, but you are. So many people care and love you and wouldn't want you gone. And you're not fat at all. I like you just the way you are..." Just say something like that and just try to make her feel better. Like tell her what you like about her. Tell her stuff like that. I hope his helps and good luck hun. Tell me how it goes. If you need anything else, just post a message in my inbox.
