im tryin out for freshman girls basketball---i cant do pushups to save my life!! what can i do to work out the "push ups" muscles???

You can start off resting in your knees, rather than your feet. It takes off some weight, and makes it easier. You gotta start slow. Start with doing 5 knee based push ups, until you can do them good, then do the real ones. If you do many a day, in about a week you should be doing the real deal. Thats how I started my pushup ness.

Push ups are brilliant! SO are bench presses, and the machine where you have your arms facing up, and you press in towards your chest. Those 3 things are simply brilliant!

It could mean many things. It could mean he is hurt about it and does not want to talk about it. It could mean he does like you and does not want to admit it. It could also mean he does not like you and would rather move on and not deal with these things. Outlook on the site has changed. Before there were actually serious questions, and stuff was getting done well. Now its full of people who ask horrible questions, way too many people who give fake advice to be funny, moderators dont do their job by cleaning it out, and some of the mods treat teh rest like crap. Why should I be nice like I was before when the site has turned to this?
