Hey..my friends all have like muscles in there chest and i want some so what are some workouts that i could do?

Push ups are brilliant! SO are bench presses, and the machine where you have your arms facing up, and you press in towards your chest. Those 3 things are simply brilliant!

Hehehe, you need to work your pecs! Push-ups work well, and for over all tonement in the front do sit-ups too!

Hey! Um... if you go to a work out place then i mean "The Body Shop" is a good place...and u can lift weights and all this other stuff to get muscles! i mean just works out..go running in the mornings...Hope i helped!
