So, a terrible person who has done terrible things is rewarded in Heaven just because they believe in God? And the morally good people who don't believe in God are punished after they die, just because of what they believe? And it says it that way in the Bible? yes, I know that helping an old lady across the street is only one good deed, but say a person saved thousands of other peoples` lives and did nothing but good their whole life and didn't believe in God, and a person who killed thousands of people and was a bad person but did believe in God. The good person would go to Hell and the bad person would go to Heaven? I thought that being good and bad had to do with at least some of it...

(Rating: 5) thanks a lot! here's the thing.. i've tried so hard with religion, but it's not "paying off", like, nothing happens..and i dont "feel" him the way people say they do.. it's like, i don't really feel motivated to do it since i don't get anything out of it (bad i know.. thats not the purpose of it..) but its just the way i work i guess.. anyways thank you so much for answering my question!

(Rating: 4) I posted that thing about God because I don't like being preached to, and when you talk about suicide the first thing people do is tell you, "God has a plan." I believe in a higher power and some form of divine deity, but (nothing against your beliefs) I think Christianity is lie. I hope that doesn't offend you. It's just the way I feel. Thank you for taking the time to try to help me.
(Rating: 5) Been through there. Very far upper north is the town of Julesburg (may not be spelling it right) This summer you need to run up there on a Sunday and watch the drag races. They run them right on the airstrip and have to hold up if a plane come in! Very cool track. Maybe a little over 50 miles from you. We stop in there when we go on vacation.
