there's a lota excercises that you can do. you can do v-ups, you can do pilates excercises, if you don't know what pilates is, then there's a website that'll tell you what it is. i forgot the website, but i think you can just go to google and type in pilates. you can do situps and crunches. what i do is do 200 crunches, then 150 situps a day. it really helps! it gets you a 6pack pretty quick. for the crunches, just do 25 regular crunches, then put your right foot ontop of your left knee, and do 25, then do another set of 25 but with your right leg straight up in the air, and then put your right foot about 6inches above the ground, and do 25 of those crunches. then, do the same thing but with your left leg, and that'll be 200 crunches. then, just do regular 150 situps.

ok so im 16 and just got my permit..every driving lesson ends in a headache because my mom would get crazy..telling me to do 5 different things..like i pulled into the parking lot of a park and shes like:
"stop right here...put the car in park..then she would see i was blockin a car so she would be like " pull over here..park over there.." it drove me nuts! i understand when she says to stay over more on the road...instructional things for me to learn..but when she spazzes out it gets really nervouss and upset..is there anything i can do? dont say only drive with my dad because i mostly am with my mom..my dad works nights so he sleeps all day...so i only drive with him sometimes...

tell her that you know how to drive, so she doesn't have to keep telling you all this stuff! if you didn't know how to drive, then you wouldn't have gotten your permit, but since you have, YOU KNOW HOW TO DRIVE! say that it makes you even more nervous and stresses you out when she keeps saying stuff like that to you! tell her that she can say stuff like stay over more on the road and stuff that you can learn, but spazzing out and stuff just get's you REALLY frustrated. tell her in like a really nice tone and say it waaaaaay more maturly though, so that she doesn't get mad at you or anything.

-Ok my name is stephanie I am 15yrs old and I live in jacksonville florida, I have lived here since I was a baby I was born and raised here. Thing is I have a boy im inlove with and I know its hard to find someone that you will love and care for and stuff but I really do! It all started in the 6th grade I had alot of fun and stuff and I met Josh I didn't really liked him and stuff but we were always best freind's and I told him everything and we would always mess around with each other and stuff. But we went out for like a day but I told him he was too much of a friend to me. So then like we were bet friends alll 6th grade, Then round the corner 7th grade came, And I still kept in touch all summer and we got together and I swear he was my first kiss, first serious bf everything (and yes im still a virgin). But yeah we gott into 8th grade and went on with out realtionship so we were like best friends at the same time but like middle school sweethearts if that makes since. We kinda grew up with eachother and changed like with each other and like see the thing is he moved last summer, And I talk to him like occcasionally on the computer and he talks to me and like I called him like few monthes ago to check up on him and we called each other today. And I kno he is coming in 10days to Jacksonville to visit. Thing is its hard to say but I love him alot and like ive only been in like what 2 relationships since me n josh split cause he had to move. And like I dont kno something tells me he wont be stayin here cause he told me he doesnt know if he is gonna move down here yet cause like his mom is poor and stuff and his sis is in college and he doesnt wanna b like in her way cause she is busy and stuff. So like I dont kno what to do honestly im freakin out and I know if he comes back likehe is to visit im gonna get even more attached to him then I already am! But he said he will try n talk to his sis bout it, But I dont kno her so I really cant judge her actions if he wanted to move back! wow!!! you must REALLY love him!i think that's awesome how you two were just friends then became best friends then became a couple on and off and then became best friends again! you must really love him if you've still been staying in touch with him even AFTER he moved! that's really hard to do! what you need to do when he comes and visits is spend every moment you have with him! tell him everything that you just told me! tell him that you love him so much and that you really really don't want him to leave, because that would just break your heart to see him leave. tell him on the first day though, so he'll have the other 9 days to think about what you said, and so he can decide if he can move back or not.

if he really likes you then he's NOT gonna leave you alone lol. you have to just tell him to leave you alone. tell him nicely though. if you don't he's never gona leave you alone and he might ask you out AGAIN!

you can't from . only itunes will let you download songs or import a CD. you can burn the songs onto a disk then download it into itunes. or you can just go to itunes music store and type in the song you want.

you shouldn't just give him back the things he gave you just because you don't like him. you need to tell him that you only like him as a frined, but tell him really nicely so that he doesn't take it the wrong way and get mad at you. you can offer to give back the stuff he gave you, but say it nicely.

well if you like him and people are saying that he likes you too, then you should definently let him know that you like him. if you have his number then you should call him. just start a conversation, and maybe he'll bring it up himself. if he doesn't, then just ask him who he likes, and maybe he'll say that it's you. even if he doesnt like you, you should still tell him that you like him. if you don't have his phone number or you're just too shy to call, you can have your friend tell him that you like him.

Well if you have liked him all these years and he knows it then ask him out. You no every boy turns down the girl they REALLY love. If he turns you down more than once its perfectly normal either he thinks your totally disguisting or he REALLY likes you!

i think you should let it be because you dont want to mess up a wonderful friendship between you and him. just think if you and him were to go out and then break up it would be hard to remain friends because it would hurt to see him go out with other girls (and you know how boys are, they think that they never do anything wrong). also if you dont like this girl that much for some reason them maybe he will see why you dont like her and wont go out with her.

well this may not me that creative but tell a friend that you trust to tell him u r into him. its very simple but it works. i mean you wont always get a yes but the idea of it works. but first have a different friend you trust to find out if he like you without actually letting him know you like him first. that way if he doesnt like you, then you wont come out of this situation looking like a foul!

Every year our school has this "End of the Year Award Ceremony" thing, where you get awards for certain things from throughout the year, and some people perform. I am one of those people. My friend is playing the piano and I'm singing to Amazing Grace. I am so nervous!! Does anyone know of a way I can become less nervous and more comfortable when I go up to sing so my voice isn't cut short?

the only thing i can tell you is to either close your eyes (which is what i do when i sing), practice every night, or pisc a spot on the wall above the audiensce's heads and stare at it while you sing. there for it seems like you are looking at them but you really not. just to let you know, i have the same problem. i love singing and i sing very well its just that i get nervous too. so i just do the things i listed above and i do great and so will you! have fun and sing your heart out.

i think you should stay friend with him because you never know why he said no. maybe he said no because he didnt want to complicate a wonderful friendship between you and him. just think about this what if you went out with him and then you broke up. then it would be hard to still be his friend while he goes out with other girls. also cosider this, maybe he thinks of you more as a sister than a girlfriend. just dont end a wonderful friendship over a little bump in the road

tell her that you want to be her friend, but you can't just keep letting her cheat off of you. if she keeps doing that, then she won't understand any of the work, and she'll fail all of her tests and quizzes. tell her that you can help her and everything, but you just can't tell her the answers.
