my whole body isnt that fat except my stomach. i hate my stomach cause its fat.. what are some GREAT exercises i can do to make it flat ?

there's a lota excercises that you can do. you can do v-ups, you can do pilates excercises, if you don't know what pilates is, then there's a website that'll tell you what it is. i forgot the website, but i think you can just go to google and type in pilates. you can do situps and crunches. what i do is do 200 crunches, then 150 situps a day. it really helps! it gets you a 6pack pretty quick. for the crunches, just do 25 regular crunches, then put your right foot ontop of your left knee, and do 25, then do another set of 25 but with your right leg straight up in the air, and then put your right foot about 6inches above the ground, and do 25 of those crunches. then, do the same thing but with your left leg, and that'll be 200 crunches. then, just do regular 150 situps.

you should definately try doin crunches. when I first started doin crunches, I was only able to do 20 each time and it was really painful. now like after 3 months, I can do atleast 200 each time. my stomach is much nicer now. my friend also had a fat stomach, so i told her to do crunches. and like after a few weeks, she told me that she definately saw results and that her stomach was smaller.

try it because I'm sure that it'll tone your stomach if you do it everyday

Exactly what the question subject says. Do alot of crunches to beef up your abs. Also there is the crunch from one side to the other. Running jogging or long walks are also good. Work for me >:D

TRy jogging, bicycle Riding, sit ups and cRunches; those will do WONDERS foR you!!! Also, pRoviding you cut out white bRead and soda... [if you'Re used to consuming A LOT of it] you can see a diffeRence the fiRst two weeks. My fRiend did it.. and we weRe both shocked to all hell! But of couRse weight loss takes time.... you just have to stay committed, and have the dRive to keep it up. TRy to keep youRself busy... and sleep as often as possible... these things keep youR mind busy and off food. I can't Really say how long it will take; I suppose that diffeRs fRom peRson to peRson. It Really just depends on how much weight you'Re looking to shed. I'd say you could lose 10 to 20 pounds in a month; that's veRy possible. Goodluck to you!! I wish you the best!! I have the same problem. Running and cruches make it go down. I've lost an inch and a half in a week and a half. It works, run everyday for like 10 minutes. You can do it to your favorite tune which makes it go by quicker. Then you should do 20-30 crunches in the morning afternoon and night. That's about 60-90 crunches a day and a 10-15 minute run, the inches will away quicker and you'll feel healthy. You should also drink 5-8 glasses of water each day and one salad so you keep your veggies up. It clears up your face and keeps you hidrated with all of this exersize. This rutine really works and is easy to follow if you do this for a few weeks you will be so happy with your body!

You can do abdominal exercises such as crunches and sit ups to tone your abs and make your stomach flat. Running and jogging also helps. Eating healthy will have an affect when trying to flatten your stomach.
