Michele answered Wednesday June 1 2005, 9:14 pm: Well if you don't have any exfoliating cream in the house then take some salt, mix it with, oooohhh salad oil or something liquid, even some moisturizing cream. Mix it in a small bowl until you have a paste. Then srcum your elbows with it. Hard, Do it today, and tomorrow AM. Then moisturize with a good moisturizer. That should take care of it.
azngemini answered Wednesday June 1 2005, 8:24 pm: i think i read somewear that if you apply lemon juice, or like rub lemons on your elbows, they'll become softer therefore, less ashy.
if that doesnt work for you, try like cocoa butter lotion which is awesome, or petroleum jelly

gakkuhideto answered Wednesday June 1 2005, 7:30 pm: Try cocoa butter and bag balm (or regular petroleum jelly). This is also a symptom of hypothyroidism, if you are also overweight and don't really have a lot of energy, I'd talk to your doctor. But usually lotion helps.
