Sorry I rewrote it as you couldn’t read it well..
i have never got on with my dad very well from a young, i didnt like something he did (it was sick and twisted) so i told him and he didn't seem to get the message to stop, so i said stop or i'm running away. he didn't stop.. so i did what i said and ran away, my friends. dad was there and he knew everything that had been going on and said he would hit my dad if he didnt stop. so my dad being like 1/5 of his size stoped, this was like 18 months ago now ever since he has been trying to like get me back i use to cut myself and he knew everytime it didnt change anything though its like i'll be on the phone he'll shout... i'll be on the computer he'll shout and make up things when i yell back he'll just say that im over reacting and twisting what he is saying.. hes always taking my phone off me grounding me for things i havent done.
e.g. i got the wrong coat out the cupboard he grounded me for 6 months from ahving or going to a sleep over.
i use just my folk at dinner yesterday and not with the knif he goes who out ya friends have you got that off then i just went no one and walked out the room saying fine then i wont eat at all.
he didnt offer me any food all night.
my mum doesnt do anything about it she just says its your dad and its how he does things.
when i go see my councellor she just says look what your parents are going through and im just like there punishing me for something I haven’t done.
i endded up in hospital in dec for taking an overdose and my parents just told the nurses i had fallen out with my friends (making me look stooped) my dad just didnt want to get in trouble.
he blames me for everything and i think its just to do with what happened like 18 months ago i seriously cant do anything right i walk in the room and he'll say something. he hasn't been talking to me for the last 2 weeks because i do everything wrong and i just dont know what to do anymore im only 14 i cant move out or anything im just stuck here being blamed and punished. i have a sister (16) but she dont care she only thinks about herself and does everything our parents say and they never say anything to her even if she does something wrong if i were to do that they would ground me, im always being grounded or told off for something and its just taking over me right now.. is there anyway i can get out of here, or at least stop my dad from trying to take over my life?? omg your dad's crazy! and i can't believe your mom's not even doing anything about it! you NEED to go run away from home again and go stay at your friend's house! after you go there, tell her parents about what you just told me, and ask them what you should do. call the cps(child protective services), and tell them about your dad and that your mom doesn't do anything about it and everything.

Recently my friend just broke up with his girlfriend. Before, i wasn't really sure how i felt about him and i started to lean toward the not really liking him more than a friend choice, but now that he broke up with her, my feelings are starting to change because he's single now. She was my friend but it looks like a mutual breakup because they still talk a lot. It seems like he's starting to flirt with me again but then he told me about this girl that i hate that flirts with him a lot. It kinda freaked me out. My 7th grade class is going on a school trip to Lake Compounce in Conneticut. It is on June 16th and (this may sound weird but...) I want to GO with someone (as in a DATE) I am not sure what to do. Should I drop hints, or ask? Ask one of ym guy friends and tell them I want to go as friends? Or tell them it is a date? Please help!
Also although we usually have a dress code we can wear w/e we want (I am going to wear a bikini under my clothes) but I am not sure what to wear. I want to dresss attractively, but not sluty.

I am 14/m and I feel short.
I am 5feet 10 inches but I am one of the shortest in my class(10th grade).
I am the tallest in my Family, even taller than my ancestors,and my mom and my uncle(who is a doctor) says that they Believe I won't grow anymore, but I still want to Be taller.
I was wandering if anyone knows a way to grow a few inches (like 3 or 4). I am willing to try anything to grow.

you're not short! i know a lot of people that are your age and they are waaay shorter than you! there's nothing you can do to make yourself taller, but don't worry about it! you're the perfect size.

I got really mad and wrote this e-mail to my study skills teacher. In the e-mail I wrote stuff like how much I hate her, and how I'm so glad i'm not taking her class next year! But by accident I pressed the forward key and it was in my mom's name so like she already had the address up. At first I didnt know what happend. But then I checked the Out Box and it was in there! Which means that it got sent!!!!! And now i'm freaking out!!! WHAT DO I DO! IS THERE ANYWAY TO GET THE LETTER BACK!??? (link)

don't worry, just stay on the positive side. be happy that you're going to meet a lot of new people! just comfort your friends and tell them that you're only moving like 10 or 20 minutes away, so you can see each other on weekends, and IM each other and talk on the phone whenever you want.

it sounds like he tried to like you, but it just didn't work out. maybe he'll change his mind and start to like you someday. i would just let it go and move on though, because someday you'll find someone that you like even better that's crazy about you too. at least you KNOW how he feels about you, because it's better than not knowing, and just wondering all the time if he likes you or not. just talk to him and say hi and hug him and everything, so it doesn't feel so awkward.

well, since it's already cut, the only thing you can do now is wait for it to grow, but don't worry, there's a lot of things you can do with it. you can curl your hair, put it in a half ponytail with your bangs out, or just like flip it out or curl the bottom. there's a lot more things you can do with it, just try different hair styles with your hair, and you'll find the one you like!

hey my friend has the same problem! it's called hyperhydrosis. what she did for it was she went to a skin doctor, and they gave her this cream type thing to put on her hands. that didn't work so she went to another doctor, and they gave her this deodorant type thing for her hands and feet to stop sweating. that only worked part of the time, but it didn't really help, so she went to ANOTHER doctor, and she got some pills. that sort of worked, but not really, so she looked up some medicine on the internet and she got it, but that didn't work either, but then she went to another doctor, and they gave her another deodorant type thing for her hands and feet, and it FINALLY worked. you shouldn't order any medicine from the internet or just some stores like walgreens or anything, because they usually don't work. just go to the doctor and he'll know which medicine is best for you. keep going to different doctors if they don't work, and you'll find the medicine that works best on you.

Well, I've had this problem before:
1. take a lo0o0o0ong bath
2. try to refrain from the activity that made you sore for at least a few days
3. rub your muscles (you may also have someone else help you do this if they are nice enough)
4. relax - don't stress out over anything
5. sleep - sleep will help
note: also, sometimes you can buy muscle rub soothing cream at your local drugstore, which will give a little tingling feeling and hopefully help soothe the pain.
