my muscles hurt SOOO bad, and i was just wondering how to make then not b all ouchie. thank you

Well, I've had this problem before:

1. take a lo0o0o0ong bath
2. try to refrain from the activity that made you sore for at least a few days
3. rub your muscles (you may also have someone else help you do this if they are nice enough)
4. relax - don't stress out over anything
5. sleep - sleep will help

note: also, sometimes you can buy muscle rub soothing cream at your local drugstore, which will give a little tingling feeling and hopefully help soothe the pain.
