recently ive noticed a LOT more sexual thoughts going through my head. like if a guy just touches me briefly or talks to me i immediately start thinking not-so-pg13 rated thoughts about him..even male teachers and stuff which is really gross = =; i thought guys were supposed to be the ones with sexual thoughts. should i be worried?
Not in the slightest. You're maturing, hormones raging and you're beginning to notice the opposite sex more.. you sound pretty normal to me and these thoughts you are having will probably calm down within time.
ok so i dont know if this is something that happens to all girls, but whenever i take a shower and latheyr up my hair and rinse it out, i always end up having a lot of hair that came out.
i know that we lose hair everyday, but just in the 15-20 min im in the shower, i always end up having a huge chunk that comes out.
i thought that maybe it was split ends, but i just got my hair cut and it still comes out.
its never done this much in my life. and it started like last year, so im worried
is this something to worry about?
I'm pretty sure it's normal considering on average, we lose up to 100 hairs a day.
It just probably seems like a lot at the time, since it's coming out in one go when you wash your hair.
Try brushing your hair before you wash it to see if it makes any difference.
I doubt it's anything to worry about.. plus, stress can cause hair to fall out anyway! So don't panic about it. If you really feel you're losing more than you should, then talk to your doctor to find a cause.
seems like everyone in this world can not just be with one person. they end up cheating. why are people like that?
Whilst that isn't true, I guess some people are afraid of committing to just that ONE person without ever experiencing being with anyone else.
Commitment is a hard thing for a lot of people, even if they truly do love their partner.
On the other hand, you can get people who will just keep on doing it because they're selfish.
I'm sure a lot of things go through the cheaters mind at the time, so only they know a specific reason for why they do it.

Ok. I live in Illinois and I'm in a 4 month long distance relationship with a boy who lives in North Carolina. We met a year ago and when he was in town over new years we finally decided to try the long distance thing. we mostly talk every day through texting and over the phone and through MSN and stuff. so from January all through March things are going amazingly well. We spent two weeks together over spring break, and he's coming here this weekend for my prom. I know I'm head over heels in love with him.
But, lately he's been kind of distant.. like I have to be the one instigating the conversations and I have to seek him out. We don't really have a lot to talk about except make little jokes and mild flirtation. THe other day I called him twice and he didn't answer or call me back at all until the following day. My friends keep saying he's being an asshole and I should tell him, but I really don't want to be "That bitchy, nagging girlfriend". I'm crazy about him, and he says he loves me, but the distance is really making em paranoid.
What should I do? I've gone to bed the past few nights almsot in tears because i'm getting so frustrated by him ignoring me... I have thoughts about moving in together and such. I'm so in love, and he's the funniest, most romantic person I know (and the first guy to make me feel wanted and loved) but I think we've lost the spark due to the distance. Please help!
Thanks so much in advance.
I feel you're worrying over nothing at the moment. He may have a genuine reason as to why he's been a bit distant.
If it's bothering you, just tell him. Don't say it in a harsh way, just tell it as it is. "it feels as though you're avoiding me lately"
Simple.
He'll ask you why you think that and you can explain your reasons. You won't be that "bitchy, nagging girlfriend" - it just shows you care and you're wondering if everything is okay with him.
You are his girlfriend - you have every right to say what's on your mind, just don't go over the top and seem possessive.
It's probably best to tell him this face to face when he comes at the weekend, too. That way, you won't be worrying even more and you can make sure you both have a good time, whilst still having a good talk about things.
so i got a small tattoo and now its raised up and scabbing in one place. what do i do? i mean i know not to pick it but once the scab falls off will the color come off too? help me out!
thankyou!
It's part of the healing process.
Keep it moist. If any colour does come off, it's actually normal and is only a cause for concern if the healed piece isn't how it's meant to be.
Don't pick it and don't worry.
Is there a code you can use or something you can change in settings perhaps so that people can't see when you add a new song or update profile information on Myspace?
Yes, you can.
Read the blog Tom posted about it here:

(wait for it to load if it seems slow, because so many people have posted kudos etc and it takes a while)
My period hasn't be regular for more then two months at a time.
But this is my second regular month since I actually started having my period. Well that I can remember.
But my period is really dark this time.
I'm pretty positive it isn't healthy.
And mostly all week during it I have extremely painfull cramps.
I'm only on my second day this month tho, and I haven't had that bad of cramps, and It's pretty lite.
Anything would help.
You seem fine to me, to be honest. The colour isn't really a cause for concern, because it's pretty normal for it to be dark.
As you probably know, cramps are normal too. You might not get them every time, either.
It can take a few years for you period to become properly regular, as well.
So you don't really have anything to be worried for.
You should read up on it if it would help put your mind at ease.
my boyfriend is really annoying and i want to break up with him but im not sure what to say bc i just know that he will probably like start crying or soemthing haha. but i want to do something to make him mad or get in a fight just so it will be easier but im not sure i just need help!
Please don't make him mad and give him a reason to break up with you for. It will hurt him more than the break up itself.
Do it yourself (face to face is best if you can) and just tell him you don't want a relationship or a boyfriend any more. You can go into more details if you want, such as you feel you're too young, you don't feel like it's going anywhere, you want to focus more on school work etc.
If someone (female) bent over and I could see about an inch of their... crack I guess, does that mean they probably weren't wearing any underwear?
Thanks.
Not always. Perhaps the pants were too big and came down with their trousers as they bent over, or maybe they were small and didn't fully cover the area.
If they weren't wearing jeans you might be able to see an outline, depending on the underwear they're wearing. but I wouldn't advise you to stare ;)
I really enjoy drinking lots of water and then holding it when I have to go pee. I only do it about once a week. At first I would hold it until night time then go to sleep and I would end up wetting my bed. But now I hold it until I get to the point of it nearly coming out for about 5 minutes (literally). Then I would pee in a cup to see how much that I could actually hold and how long I could hold it before I wet myself (which I have never actually let happen). When I was a little younger, I couldn't hold it for more than an hour and now I'm getting better. Is this wierd to be doing and has anyone else done it before?
You should get out of the habit of holding your urine in for large periods of time.
It can give you a weak bladder, Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) - which can rapidly infect your kidneys and more severe problems.
You don't want this to happen to you just because of a silly habit.
It can damage your health.
Of course it's okay to hold it in a little if you can't get to a bathroom - I think everyone has been in that situation. Just don't leave it for too long, which I am afraid is what you're doing.
When you need to go, go.
I am 13 if that helps any and I never wear tank tops well only to layer under my t-shirts. And I kinda want to try wearing them like with layering them with t-shirts. I am kinda average on the weight scale. But I'm kind of afraid of what people think. I know that is wrong to think but its hard not to. And I'm shy and unpopular. I know I shouldn't care what people think of me but its really hard. So please help me gain some confidence and let me know if you think it would be ok for me to wear them. Thanks so much!
You're worried about wearing a tank top!?
Stop stressing over something so silly :P
Everyone wears tank tops no matter their size because they work well with most clothing.
To start off, try wearing them on their own around the house - just to feel comfortable enough in them.
Or, wear a tank top and then put a fashionable cardigan over the top, so you don't feel so bare.
You'll get used to them and you won't feel so self conscious.
Plus, summer's coming up - so it will be cooler.
Be brave, be bold and go for it!
ohkayy.so i really really like this guy but he treats me like crap and has cheated on mee.well.i cant brake up with him.!!!!!!!!bc i wud brake down and cry in front of him....and i REFUSE 2 do that.!!!!!soo.i need some way 2 get him 2 brake up with me and i will not cheat on him...!!!!but i cant figure out ne other wayy.!!!HELP....
Do it over the phone then.
All jokes aside, seriously, why would you want him to dump you?
You crying in front of him is the least of your worries.
Don't cheat - you'll be stooping to his level.
He's lucky you didn't get shot of him long ago for cheating.
You CAN break up with him. and you will. Just make it quick and tell it so he can't ask many questions. "I don't want a relationship right now. I'm sorry"
That's it. Not hard.
and what I said about joking earlier? I just realized he deserves it. Heck, even do it by txt if you have to.
I dont know how to break up with this guy! My friend dared me to date him, but it got out of hand... and i dont know what to do!
Should i tell him it was just a dare?
HELP!!!!!!
HELP!!!!!! he is driving me nuts and i dont know what to do about it
I dont want to hurt him
but i dont really like him...at all.in fact i hate him! i dont no how to break up!
i am leaving on may 20 so should i just stick it out until i leave?
once agian, HELP!!!!
Do not tell him it was a dare. That will make him feel incredibly worse when you finally get the courage to break up with him.
You accepted the foolish dare and went out with him, so you need to be mature about it and end it now before he seriously gets hurt.
If you "hate" him, don't stick it out - just say you're sorry but you don't feel you can go on with the relationship any more. Lie and say you don't want to be in one. (not that I condone lying in any way, but in this situation, it's best to let him down gently seeing as you've already got his hopes up).
How you do it? Well, that's entirely up to you. He will respect you more if you do it face to face, though.
Good luck...
me and me boyfriend just had sex.since he couldnt stay up,we didnt have sex for very long.i was wondering is there a certain amount of days someone should wait to have sex again?

No. Do it when you want.
There's no limit.
Just remember the risks of infections/pregnancy/etc increases the more you do it.
Alright, I'm well aware that teens go through different confusing stages. They're unsure of themselves, they get depressed..blah blah. But what if I actually thought I had some kind of mental disease? What if I read about it and found the symptoms to be true in my case.? Like..I've found myself to be bulimic, depressed, anxious..all those things. But how can I tell if it's true or not and not just one of those "teen" things. Because my mother won't even listen. She brushes it off and says its just another teen emotion and stage.
Any advicee? I'm 16/f by the way.
How do you know? - well, you should go to a doctor for an accurate diagnosis.
I can tell you, looking up symptoms online isn't an effective way to get a proper diagnosis - 99% of the time people are SO adamant they have something because the internet or the medical book said so - and it just turns out they're worrying over nothing.
If I were you, I'd go to the doctors about your bulimia, definitely. Whilst you're there, mention your other feelings and worries, It's what they're there for, but your depression and anxiety is really common amongst teens, so yes, perhaps they are just a phase.

After my daily shaving, I see hair spots (they're black) from where my hair was-I think it's because I don't get the root when I shave. I've used SO many razors, and the same thing happens. It doesn't look like I shave, but it still really smooth. It's so UGLY.
Will waxing it help?
Any other solutions to this pesty problem?
Thanks.
Shaving won't get rid of the root of the hair.
Waxing would be effective for you, as this does get rid of the hair from the root.. and that means you won't have to do it every day either - because shaving your legs daily can be quite irritable for your skin.
Give it a try.
what do you think the term messing around/fooling around means to you? thanxx :)
Personally, probably kissing and hand jobs if you meant it in that kind of way.
If not, then just being flirty, I guess.
Let's say hypothetically that a girl masturbates. She's done it with a couple of 'things' but she doesn't do it a lot.
My question is what really happens when you masturbate with things? With regular household items like water bottles or the ends of hair brushed or w/e?
Does your vagina get infected? How do you know if it is infected?
If you put anything up there, just make sure it's clean.
If it gets infected, you'll know, because you'll get symptoms.

Please forgive me if this is long...
I'm 16/m. I am straight. i spent the night at a friends house, he's 16. Me, my friend, and his brother, who is 17, spent the night watching movies, that kind of thing. Me and my friends brother didn't say much to each other, he just kinda sat there watching me. Anyway, my friend and his brother slept in their rooms, and i slept in the guest room. when i woke up the next morning, there was a camcorder next to me. i watched it, and it was a video of my friends brother basically raping me! now i've been getting calls on my cell from him, emails from him, he won't leave me alone! what do i do???
I'm sorry, did you mean to say "taped" instead of "raped"? - because if you were raped (and somehow didn't wake up), you MUST notify someone about this.
If it was a typo however and you're feeling pretty scared about the way he's acting towards you, ask him what he wants. If you aren't satisfied with an answer he gives you, ignore him. Don't answer any of his calls/emails etc and hopefully he will get the message. If you want to, talk to your best friend about it. You never know, it could just be a bad practical joke.. or maybe he really does have issues which need to be into the open.
I just can't study or get anything into my head when there's music on. I listen to music a lot but not when I'm studying. My sister always cranks the music up and it drives me nuts because she says it helps her study. but sometimes she gets low marks so I kind of doubt it.
Does music help you study?
I remember at school, the teacher made us listen to classical music. It actually helped the class to calm down and concentrate on their work.
I guess it depends on the person and the type of music being played, though. I don't normally like sounds when I'm trying to work, but the exercise with the classical music was interesting.
Back to the point, what works for your sister won't always work for you. Even if she gets lower marks, it just means she doesn't have a hard time trying to concentrate like you do.
If you don't like music playing, talk to her about it and ask her to turn it down/off. Or if you can, move to a quieter area.
