My Best Friends Brother Is Stalking Me!

I'm 16/m. I am straight. i spent the night at a friends house, he's 16. Me, my friend, and his brother, who is 17, spent the night watching movies, that kind of thing. Me and my friends brother didn't say much to each other, he just kinda sat there watching me. Anyway, my friend and his brother slept in their rooms, and i slept in the guest room. when i woke up the next morning, there was a camcorder next to me. i watched it, and it was a video of my friends brother basically raping me! now i've been getting calls on my cell from him, emails from him, he won't leave me alone! what do i do???

I'm sorry, did you mean to say "taped" instead of "raped"? - because if you were raped (and somehow didn't wake up), you MUST notify someone about this.
If it was a typo however and you're feeling pretty scared about the way he's acting towards you, ask him what he wants. If you aren't satisfied with an answer he gives you, ignore him. Don't answer any of his calls/emails etc and hopefully he will get the message. If you want to, talk to your best friend about it. You never know, it could just be a bad practical joke.. or maybe he really does have issues which need to be into the open.

First, ignore his brother. DO NOT RESPOND to any of his calls, emails, or anything. He is vying for your attention, so don't let him have it.
You should discuss this with your parents to decide whether or not you should press charges or file a restraining order. I mean, he basically raped/violated/molested you and it's caught on tape. Now that he's currently harassing, you'd want to take these precautions because he could do something dangerous and harm you.
If you don't want to deal with the court (it can get expensive), then maybe your parents and his parents can sit down and discuss it.
Whichever you choose to do, you should definitely inform your parents. Your safety is at risk.
