Having sex too frequently can cause chafing and soreness, and of course, a man can only preform for so long. But as long as both you and your partner are comfortable and are enjoying it, you can have as much sex as you'd like.
My advice, however, would be that if you're going to be having sex, you need to educate yourself so that you don't HAVE to ask this sort of question afterwards. Reading books, talking to your doctor, and most of all experimenting on your own are all great ways to better understand your body. The internet can also provide some valuable resources but remember, anybody can give information online and there is no gaurentee that it will be totally accurate. It's just whatever you're comfortable with, and whatever you and your boyfriend's bodies can handle. Some guys might need a little time before they can get an erection again; depending on the guy, it could be a few minutes, a few hours, or even a day (the time usually increases with age). But if your boyfriend is up for it (haha), you can have sex as often as you want. [ Jeanne's advice column | Ask Jeanne A Question ]

I remember this old saying,
why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free.

Often times if you are not well lubricated your body will also let you know. Technically, you could have sex every day if you wanted to, but keep in mind, the more frequently you have sex the higher the risk gets for developing a UTI. In addition to that, keep in mind that every time you have sex you are at risk for pregnancy, stds, etc. But don't do anything you, your body, or your partner isn't ready to. :) [ FrEe2bMe's advice column | Ask FrEe2bMe A Question ]
