Lately I have been feeling like I'm dumber than a normal 15 year old should be. I have started watching Criminal Minds lately and I am fascinated with Spencer Reid and how genius he is. So, it got me thinking how cool would it be if all of my friends turned to me for help on their homework or helping them study for a test. However, before that happens I need to improve in school, myself. So, in conclusion, does anybody have studying techniques I could use? I tried reading a passage as studying but that does not help because I just forget the next day. Something along the lines of flashcards or something like that. One last thing. I feel like I could be better if I concentrated more. So can someone help me with listening in class, like what should I do, put every single distracting item away because that seems almost to easy. So, study techniques that help me remember the important items for a test? Ways to do my homework correctly and not get stressed? Lastly, ways to concentrate better in school? Thanks so much! (link)

every day after school 5 minutes per subject read over what you did in class, in class stare at the teacher and put your goal in your mind, for studying always start before 1 night before the test, when you notice the chapter is coming to and end , or if a teacher anounces test or quis and say this will be on it, write it down. to study sing a song of your definitions and make your information into an adventure like read your notes in an accent if it is science reaed it like a snooty brit, or if you are learning about rome read it in an roman accent, another one is the game show study system have one friend quiz you and go against aqnother friend and have a battle to see who will get the most points, this will help you get this info in your head I hope I helped.

theres this guy whos in all my classes, he plays the same sport as me, and i really like him ,
but he talks to everyone else but me.. we talk the odd word. but im not sure if he likes me , and hs way of showing it is talking to everyone around me, just not me. or if thats his way of saying he doesnt like me. what should i do? (link)

since you guys both play a sport you have an area of common interest, so try talking to him about the game/meet, it sounds like he likes you cause some guys show their signs oddly, they could be ab usive flirty or in this case avoiding, try and be nice to him and do small nice things, for ex. help him study or pradctice your sport with him, be flirty and show him you like him he will come around

Hey, so i used to love sims, but i lost the sims 2 disk. When they came out with a sims 3, i thought maybe i should get it, but its stil $50. Before i buy it, i wanna make sure its worth it. A lot of people said that its worth it...if you had the right specs. I just got a regular macbook in august, but i didnt like update it at all so i dont know if i have the right RAM or graphics card, and im not computer savvy so i wouldnt know what these 2 things do ahah. I wont waste my money getting a graphics card if im not a HUGE gamer. Now, in your opinion, is it worth it? and do i have the right stuff? thankss (link)

with the game alls you have to do is download it ad you should be good to go and trust me my brothre is a hug gamer and he loves that game I love it too, it is 110% worth it

I had a miscarriage in October 3 and a half weeks into my pregnancy. I didn't suspect I was pregnant until a couple days before the miscarriage so for about two weeks prior to that I had drank probably four times, was under a ton of stress due to college and I was drinking multiple cups of coffee a day. I always thought that my drinking and stress caused the miscarriage and when it first happened I was more in shock than anything, then relieved that I wouldn't be having a baby when I was 18.
Its all hitting me now that I was almost a mother but I keep having the thought that I'm the reason my baby didn't survive. I don't know what to do, I'm an emotional basket case from it. Every time I see a baby I get all choked up and now my boyfriend (father of the almost baby)'s sister is pretty sure that she's pregnant but she's still waiting to take a test and I'm getting all excited for it.
I just want to know how I can get past all of this, I end up crying almost daily. (link)

You should buy him a poker set, you kno the ones they have with hearts on it lok into his eyes and say I Love u or maybe buy him something that would remind him of you remember its not how much money you spend as long as it comes from the heart

The other day i had a day dream... It had me (Callie), my best friend Bekka, Codi, and Chey. So for some reason, my friend Bekka committed suicide, and Codi ran down the hall screaming for me, and when i got out there all she was saying was "Bekka did it, she really did." i had no idea what she ment until she told me that Bekka killed herself. I started crying and people were trying to get us out of the hall way except we wouldnt move. So me and codi were talking about it and we couldnt find a reason why. Well a couple days later, Chey kills herself the same way Bekka did (which was cutting her wrists in a bathtub full of water. It was very bloody and blah) And me and codi could not stop crying and we could understand why this was happening. (Codi is moving in about a month in real life) So about a couple days later, they had the funeral and i only remember seeing Bekka, and saying how beautiful she was and how i loved her. Well i felt calling Bekka's house with codi, and telling her "Its probably just some prank they pullin on us" And i called and called expecting her to pick up. I did the same to Chey's cell. Well then a couple days after that Codi moved and i was all alone, and i rememeber feeling everything in the dream, but i could see myself walking through school and my eyes were glazed over, and i couldnt think straight. And all i wanted was to ask them Why.
So i just want to know...:

I think you should go and see a therapist, you are obviously traumatized by this mishap and all you can do is hope and pray, try seeing a therapist it really could work

I really want to get my eyebrow pierced but I am worried.
What do you think about a guy who has an eyebrow piercing? Hot? Not? Gross? Nothing? Anything?
Oh and if a guy gets his eyebrow pierced which one should it be? Does it even matter which one?

Hi! I am a freshman in college and I want to loose some weight. But I am on a budget and I know the food in the cafeteria is not good for you. What would you suggest? I eat in my room a lot and try to buy healthy food. I also am going to start doing p90x. I did it this summer for a while and started seeing results but then I went away to college and strayed away from it. Is there anything else I could do to help loose weight that is safe and effective? Thank you for your time! (link)

all you need to do is to excercise more, and eat less.
Obviousely eating less is harder than it seems, so you need to eat consciously, i.e. take a bite, put your knife&fork/sandwich (whatever you are eating, or eating with) down, savour every bite, chew 25 times, and concentrate only on the textures and flavours in your mouth. Listen to when your stomach tells you you are full- it will be easier now as you are concentrating rather than watching tv, etc etc. When you feel even remotely full, stop eating. If you are hungry again, eat. Not hard at all.
Also, you can change your metabolism by breathing. Just breathe in and out through your nose slowly, and this can help to speed up your metabolism. To lose weight, you need to burn more calories than you eat, so therefore, how you eat and excercise you do will be the only contributing factors.
Of course going for healthy options is important, and i encourage you to do so, but the above methods work even with everyday normal food.

okay, so it snowed where i live today, and yesterday while driving i had 3 dots of gas left. i had no money so i assumed that i can just go the next day (tonight) with some money. well, as i was defrosting my car becuase there was a coat of ice, my gas thingy went down to 1 dot. (its electronic, the speed, temp and gas) and theres a gas station about 3 miles away from my house... and i know this is stupid but i drive behind my parents back (i have a jr. license and they dont like my driving for school, but im in midterm week and i have a final at 9:40 in the morning.. theres no way im taking the bus at 7:00 an waiting around almost 3 hours to take a test.. haah) so im wondering, for those who have a 2009 honda civic... does your car have a backup gallon or something?
and if it doesnt, how can i get to the gas station without running out of gas... im jstu really scared. i turned the car on and there was 3 dots.. went right down to two..and now is at one. ... and my car is kinda parked on an angle so could that have anything to do with how its measuring how much gas i have left? I like this girl that already has a boyfriend, or so i think. i really like her and we know each other a little bit, and by a little bit, i mean we know each other's names and we had one conversation. She is a grade lower than i am and to me she seems way out of my league. does anyone know if tria hair removal works without shaving? What i mean is that what if i wanted to remove the hair on my arms or above my lip or on my back that i don't shave? I know it wouldnt remove the hair every time but like if i used it the same way you're supposed to use it with your legs (do it after shaving to stop hair growth in a few months), then would i get results? I'm debating on whether or not to buy it and $500 dollars is a lot of money to spend if it's only gonna remove the hair from my legs. If it worked without shaving though i'd definitely buy it. (link)

i had it and it does not work, it actually felt smooth but the next day it was even more hairy my back. so dont aist the money, nair works but it smells, just use dove soap after then you will be smooth and smell good
