The stuff that comes out is called semen, or cum as it's more widely known. This is sperm and comes out because when you have sex, it is there to fertilise the female's egg and make her pregnant. It's perfectly normal, almost every guy gets it. You don't have to take a shower if you don't want to, but it's up to you, most guys don't. Well I usually straighten my hair at night and then put it in a ponytail. It doesn't really matter which way you have it, it will stay straight anyway. Hoever, putting it up sometimes makes it get kinks in so you might want to leave it down. I only keep it up because I can't stand it going in my face in bed.

You're young, your hormones are in overdrive. It's normal to look at both boys and girls, as you get older your feelings will calm down a little and you wont be so all over the place. The only way you can put them on without a digital camera is by scanning them onto your computer then loading them onto picturetrail. If you don't have a scanner then unfortunately there is no other way without a digital camera.

I am a little over weight but my friends say I dont look as much as I do weigh.I never really seem to have time to go to the gym so what can I do around the house or neighborhood that will help me?
Today my Mother taught me something very true. She said that weight honestly doesn't matter and that it's how you look and feel that counts. If you don't look overweight then why are you worrying? Muscle weighs more than fat, if you are a little overweight but people say you don't look it then it's probably muscle. Stop worrying about what you're supposed to weigh, if you don't look it then there's no need to worry. If you really are worried then make sure you're eating healthily and such and go running regularly around your area to keep fit.

I really need help!
I can't fall asleep ever, i'm getting in a really bad habbit, a REALLY bad one. School atarts in less then 3 weeks! And I start school around 6 *thats what time it's suggested that you wake up*
And I dont go to sleep un'till about 3:57 AM or atleast 6:24... Between those times. That means I'd have to stay up for almost 2 days straight!
Are sleeping pills healthy? I really have to get out of this habbit. It's going to ruin my whole school year!
And P.S: I sleep atleast untill 2 in the afternoon, Thats what time school ends. I can sleep through school!
So about the pills, what is a really good brand that really works. How long do they take to work and make you fall asleep (kick in)? I have pill-Phobia for large pills, Do they come in a big size? I always have this problem at the end of holidays. My sleeping pattern switches from around 11pm-7am to 2am-12pm, it's not good.
What I always do is on the last few nights of the holidays is take a Nytol before I go to sleep. They aren't harmful as long as you don't take them excessively and will get you back in your sleeping pattern. If you take one about an hour before you usually go to bed on a school night then you will fall asleep around that time. Then you will wake up at your normal time because you will have had enough sleep. This will mean that you can get back into your sleeping pattern easily. After you have taken them for a few days, you shouldn't need to take them anymore.
They don't effect your mood at all and I think they're fairly cheap. Like I said, they take about an hour to kick in. They don't come in big sizes, they are small, smooth capsules that can be swalled easily, as if you were swalling a couple of peas. You will only need to take one a night as you are still young.

Well it depends on your age and who the person is. If you are a consenting adult (over the age of 18) and you know the person then it's not illegal or particularly bad. However, if you are under 18 and the person is a stranger then yes, it's fairly bad. When you reach 18 you can do what you like and give them to who you like, it may not be particularly safe but it's up to you. But if you are still a child then you should never do it, especially to someone you don't know.

There are a few reasons why you may be irregular. Generally, in the first one or two years of a girl's period it wont have a set pattern, as you have had it for a year and a half it may even out soon. Some women's periods never get regular, that's fine, it doesn't make you abnormal or anything. It could also be to do with what you mentioned. Sport does tend to make periods irregular or even stop. There isn't really anything you can do about it. Irregular periods are normal and many women and girls deal with them. You may get more regular as you get older and you may not, if you don't then don't worry about it too much.

Everyone delevops at different stages, you're right, it isn't your fault if you haven't grown breasts or started your period yet. Unfortunately, there isn't anything you can do to speed up the process. Remember that most people go through puberty between the ages of 11 and 18 so you've probably got a few years yet. You will probably get your period after you start developing breasts and once you get it, believe me, you'll wonder why you ever wished it would come. Periods suck. As for your breasts, there's nothing you can do to make them grow faster. You could try wearing a padded bra for a bit of extra confidence and to stop people teasing you. If they carry on then it's a form of bullying and you need to speak to a teacher or another trusted adult to get it stopped.

Well this is a difficult situation. You are just going to have to explain to your dad that although you love him and would really like to see him more that you also like where you live now and don't want to leave your mother and friends behind. He loves and you and will only want what's best for you, if you explain that you don't want to live somewhere new he will understand that it will be best if you stay where you are. Tell him that because you don't see each other everyday, it will make the times when you do see each other more special. Well, I'm not going to actually answer your question but I'll give you some ideas.
Buy some plain storage containers, these can be bought anywhere, and some paint/stickers/stencils/sequins/fabric/glue/anything. Then customize them.
You could also try putting sheets of cork on your walls and pinning photographs, posters, post cards, letters, whatever you like to them.
If there are any markets near you then I suggest you visit them. Pick up big interesting pieces of fabric and turn them into wall hangings or throw them over your bed or tables.
Hang up mobiles, dream catchers, put ornaments and sculptures on shelves, anything.
Over here in England we have shops called Evolution, The Pier and Athena which all sell that kind of thing. Evolution is incredibly cheap but sells a lot of very nice things.
