It's good cardio wise, like running, but also works out your arms, legs, butt, and abs in one. Then you can do crunches, squats, lunges and push-ups (yuck), if you up to it. Just keeping your heart rate up for 25-50 mins 2-3 times a week can do a world of good. Drink water and try to eat little means throughout the day to keep your metabolism up. One last crazy idea, rent or by like a tayboe movie or kickboxing and start of with a beginners tape. Those can do a world of good too. [ twynelyne's advice column | Ask twynelyne A Question ]

do NOT go on a no-eating diet. go on a healthy diet =]!
you can also try doing about 10-20 crunches a day- it might not sound like alot, but in the long run, it is. [ 0xjennaxheartx0's advice column | Ask 0xjennaxheartx0 A Question ]
runz_with_scizzorz answered Thursday August 4 2005, 10:06 pm: Okay. I'm going through the same problem as you. At one time I lost a LOT of weight. I mean, in two weeks I lost 10 pounds. All you have to do is eat healthy. As in like turkey, sausage, salads, etc. You should also look up the Atkins Diet. Thats what I went on. You can have fat but no sugar. It is cool. Try it! Oh yeah, you can also run AROUND your house a couple times or jump rope!

After a while, this really helps, and you don't only LOOK better- you feel SO much better about yourself. [I know from personal experience, xo.] GOOD LUCK! rainbowcherrie answered Thursday August 4 2005, 6:13 pm: Today my Mother taught me something very true. She said that weight honestly doesn't matter and that it's how you look and feel that counts. If you don't look overweight then why are you worrying? Muscle weighs more than fat, if you are a little overweight but people say you don't look it then it's probably muscle. Stop worrying about what you're supposed to weigh, if you don't look it then there's no need to worry. If you really are worried then make sure you're eating healthily and such and go running regularly around your area to keep fit. [ rainbowcherrie's advice column | Ask rainbowcherrie A Question ]
