Q: Well ok my brother got a girl friend about 2 monthes ago maybe and sence then he hasnt been giving me any time to spend with me well I am 13 and he is 17 and he use to do every thing with me until his girl friend 15 (I think)started to always go every where with him and sometimes Michael (thats my brothers name)is mean to me now all because of Katie I think (THats michaels girl friends name)Should I tell him how I feel or wait until they brake up or what he is driving me nuts!!!

calm down babe.. that happens.. my brother's got his first g/f right now and he's really diferent (Cocky little arrogant loser lol) and we use to be REALLLY close like you and your brother. yeah i'd reccommend talking to him and telling him that it seems like you never seen him eversince he hooked up with Katie. keeping this bottled up isn't really gonna help you or the sitation so talk to him about it.

Q: i dumped my boyfriend because he lied to me about doing drugs. Everyone told me he was bad news and all my guy friends who were his friends too told me i deserved way better then him. I still wanted proff and i got it on the night b4 homecomming.i dumped him after i saw him smoking weed with some other guy. its been over a month since that night i caught him and broke up, but just the other day he randomly asked me y i broke up with him, i tried to explain telling him how he lied, but he didnt see that as a good enough reason. did i do the right thing?

yeah you did.. if he doesnt realize that him lying to you about that really hurt you and affected you then he's definately not worth your time.

Q: Ok, in school I'm in the "popular group" and my friends are really nice and everything but sometimes they really annoy me. Here's why. Whenever a guy asks them out they'll like automaticlly say yes (even if they don't like them), and when a guy dumps them or they dump a guy they'll be going out with someone else within an hour. Anyway, for some reason this really bugs me. I don't really no why either. Now a guy asked me out and I said no because I don't like him and now they keep calling me too picky. What do I do?

forget them. they're always be like that and will screw over their love life no matter what unless they change. the girls at my school are like that too. they just like the attention and making the drama. you just gotta get use to it.

Q: m/16 Hi, ive been dating my girlfriend for 5 months and a few weeks and her parents are, sorry to say, PISSING ME THE **** OFF. They wont EVER let her see me but maybe 1 every two weeks or so, and it kills me cause i never get ANY alone time with her, and the time we do get to spend together is with friends cause her parents wont let her over to my house alone. Anyone know of anything I can do to get their parents to let her do somthing, or anything i can tell my girl to say? help please!

talk to your girlfriend and see if there's anything she can do. if this girl is reallly worth it; wait it out. that's all you can do.

Q: Dear Advicenators,
One and a half years ago my brother *Henry* was diagnosed with hemophilia, which means that his blood does not clot normally. If he gets a cut, it's really hard to stop the bleeding. If he loses too much blood, he could die if the blood is not replenished.

Henry and I always liked to spend time together (he's two years older than me). We'd ride bikes to the park and shoot basketball hoops. He couldn't be too active, but he was my best friend and I felt safe around him.

Anyway, he lost a lot of blood one day, and was taken to the doctor for another blood injection. The horrible part was, that the person who had donated that blood was carrying the AIDS virus. The doctor proclaimed that Henry now had AIDS.

Henry is 15 years old, is in diapers, and must be fed through an IV or a tube. He has about 4 months left to live. My entire family is sad, and angry about it. My parents must monitor him all the time, so I always have to get a ride to my volleyball games. All three of us never have extra time, because we are always there for Henry and when he must be hospitalized. I had to drop out of volleyball for him.

Henry has been the butt of the jokes from the kids at school lately. They make fun of the fact that he has been in diapers. They are unaware of the fact that his brain is slowly being devoured, and he can't feed himself. The AIDS is tearing the whole family apart. But luckily, my friends are there to console me, but I always feel resentment towards the cruel kids at school. Can I please have some suggestions on what to do about that?

Anyway, as I am spending my last Christmas with my brother, I have no idea what present to give to him. Could I please have some ideas? I want it to be special and something he'll remember when he goes to Heaven.

Also, how can I comfort / cheer up my parents? They have been having lots of mood swings lately and have been very stressed.

Any input and prayer would be great. Sorry about the length.

i am extremely sorry and though i can't really give you much advice on this (since i have nothing similar to this that has happened to me) all i can leave is sympathy. yeah kids can be realllly mean. i'm really sorry you have to carry this burden with you only when you're 13. keep strong and for the kids at your school who are making fun of this; they're asses. major asses. it's stupid and completely .. human.. to make fun of others because of silly things like that. as for your parents this is something they have to get over themsevles. and the first thing you have to keep in mind is to not blame yourself for this. but also there's nothing you can do about this either. i'm terribly terribly sorry and i hope that this christmas is the best ever.

Q: There is this guy at my school Rick who asked me out 2 years ago (and told me he loved me), and i rejected him. But now, I think I am in love with him. I have been in love with Rick from the moment I rejected him, and I don't know what to do about it. And if I go up to him and be like "Hey I love you" then that will just be really akward and he'll be like wtf? I talk to him at school sometimes, but never about dating or anything. It's just casual conversation. And the conversations usually only last about 2 minutes or so, because then we have to each start heading different ways for our next classes. (And I look forward to those 2 minutes every day.. they are the highlight of my day, they are what I wake up for.. hah i know that sounds corny but it's true!!) What can I say to Rick, but make it sound casual? And also, I'm not sure if he still likes me or not. Sometimes in the halls he will catch up to me and talk to me. But I can't tell if he likes me or not. Please help, I don't know what to do, but I know I need to do SOMETHING. Please don't delete this!!

get some one on one time with him. if you want to talk to him about this.. it's gonna take more than 2 minutes lol. but the next time there's a 2 minute chat be like hey Rick can we hang out blah blah blah? I kinda need to talk to you about something.. when that day does come.. be like umm.. so you remember 2 years ago when you asked me out? i was wondering if that option was still open. it's crazy i know but i was an idiot and i regret it. i get if you don't feel that way anymore but i just had to tell you and see if there was a chance.

Q: Im already having problems with my life right now but this just makes it worst!
Everyone has a girl in their school who is pretty, smart, friendly, flirty, somewhat popular.
My problem that I need advice on is how do I become that girl?
This girl, her names megan, shes short, blonde hair, pretty, smart, friendly, sorta popular, has an annoying voice sometimes, really flirty, talks about sex` bi (likes chicks n guys) a stoner but you cant tell.
She can become friends with anyone and they love her, she can start a conversation with anyone adn they talk back
Im not jealous of her bc she told me Im pretty too but I just cant be like her, I wanna find a way to be like her and I need real advice -not just talk more or flirt more- but real advice
So if anyone can help me out Id love that so please help me out Im stuck with this girl till Im outta school so I really need this advice

hey.. im kinda that girl at my school. mostly my signature is my height (im like half a head shorter than the average girl) *blushes*. lol. just be realllly outgoing and spunky and seriously just don't give a damn about what people think. i make an idiot of myself 24/7 and i just kinda get up and take a bow (not seriously). i mean i just go down the hall and shake people's hands and go hey i'm vicky. i'm a freshman.. anyways see you later and just walk off. i just try to keep an open mind about stuff.. i have alot of gay friends and like 7 realllllly good friends and they're all from different cliches. some people would kinda consider me a poser i guess because i occasionally wear nothing but black and then on other days im wearing express jeans or a&e and aeropastle. you've just gotta put yourself out there and meet people from everywhere. just don't go over your head and make sure you know who you can really trust. i mean i have alot of banger friends but i woudln't trust myself going somwhere with them for a long time.. same thing with my preppy friends. i know if i go to one of their parties without one of my good friends i'll end up drunk or something. so just make sure you know who your true friends are. hope i helped?

Q: my room is really lame and i hate having friends in it because its not cool. i have basic furniture, tv, computer, but its so boring to be in. any ideas? help!!!

you can paint it.. put posters or articles or pictures up. buy more exotic/creative furniture.. decorate your stuff with glow in the dark stars or cut outs from stuff.. umm on my closet doors (my room's kinda bare too) i use to have nothing but like pictures of my friends and signs and stuff they've made me. you can decorate the bed by like putting stuffed animals on it. go out and buy funky/creative stuff from like marshalls or eurway.

Q: ok, i've been realli sick this past week. i havent gone to school at all and my mom said i cant go tomorrow either. but whatever.. the thing is, i love to drink water and its mainly the only thing i drink. i really havent had water forever cause its making me feel worse. what other drinks might be good for a really upset stomache?

a sort of clear thing.. like sprite sometimes helps and gingerale and that peierrer thing.. it cleans out your system and your throat (i get throat infections easily so i usually stay in bed with those) hope i helped =]

Q: I've been going out with this one kid for only like 3 days.. and his bestfriend is going out with my bestfriend (If that makes any sense) so we're always hanging out.. and one time we were layin on my bed and her and her bf were makin out, and so were me and my bf..and he has his hand on my stomach and said.. is it okay if i go down? i kno it means down ym pants.. but like what would he be doing.. dont you think it's a lil early? plez help! x333

if you feel like it's too early then go tell him! lol.. and yeah in my opinion 3 days is a lil early.. maybe he doesnt realize that you guys are going way too fast so just talk to him about it and say it made you feel uncomfortable and that it's going a little faster than you intended.

Q: I always thought my wife liked my body. But recently, in front of a whole group of friends, she stated that I'm "not allowed" to wear a swimsuit, which got a laugh. She then expounded on this, stating that I am "very white, and very hairy, and when I wear my work shorts, I get a "tan line" from just above my knees, to just below them. This shows in my swimsuit. Everyone thought it was really funny but me.
Do you think she was "just kidding', or did the truth slip out there?

talk to her about it.. she may not have realized that the jabs of laughter she was punching at really hit something.. i'm sure that your wife was first of all attracted to you physically and mentally. but it wouldn't be a healthy relationship if you kept this in (it could lead to a secret reason for a huge fight) and it's not healthy to hold grudges; espeically against loved ones. tell her that that really did hurt you but remember that you're not there to fight back so don't start aiming back at her saying that her waist line isn't as great as it always was or etc.. keep it clean and remember that you're only there to express your feelings.

14/F ~ My boyfriend and I have been dating for about 4 months now, and the other night he came over. We sat around and talked for a little while, but then he started to pull moves on me... It's not the first time or anything.. we started to make out then he put his hands up my shirt and down my pants..then we started making out more.. then he pulled me on top of him and we made out more. Is it wrong for me to let him put his hands in those places? I'm just wondering so I can tlel him weather he can again or not. Thank you :)

if it makes you uncomfortable then yes you should tell him that's kinda sexual harassment.. but if you enjoy it and it doesnt really make you feel awkward or like weird then go for it.

Q: i get horrible cramps right before and during my period. what can i do to make them not hurt so much. i have had to stay home from school like every 2 months when it comes.

hmm.. try eating something healthy and working out (it eases the cramps i gaurantee the more fit you are the less periods you feel)... take nice long soothing baths and try some heating pads.... also i think you can take midol for those cramps and bloating and etc (mine aren't that bad so i dont really worry about them)... but if they really bother you that much then you can talk to your doctor and try going on the pill.

Q: Last week my sister was talking to this guy that I like and he also likes me back. She told him that I would go out with him if he just asked (which is true) and he was kind of sad and told her not until we are at the same school. So my question is, what do you think he means or why would he want to wait? He doesn't have a girlfriend right now if that helps. Thanks for your help.

long distance is harsh..he may have had a bad track record with long distance or stuff like that..believe it or not, school makes a huge difference. i can't imagine having a relationship with someone im middle school or from another highschool right now because it'd be utter hell. i'd never ever get to see them and it just wouldn't be thh same. maybe this guy doesn't like long distance relationships and wants for everything to be "just perfect" before getting a g/f like you.. just wait things out for him if he's really worth it =]

it's good that you can acknowledge that this is a becoming a problem. you're above like half of the people that do cut right now lol.. but for starters you've got to face your issues. guys are idiots and they will screw you over (omg trust me.) school and parents are realllllly stressful and you have to find ways around it to use to cope with. just remember that life goes on and every problem you have will just go away i promise. now.. try expressing your anger/hurt/feelings in general in another way.. like writing or listening to music (that's what i do) or confide in a reallly good friend you knwo you can trust about this.. friends may not seem like it.. but sometimes they can really help you out in a problem. if those options don't work try confronting your problem itself.. like talk to your parents about wat's bothering you about them and see if you can fix anything to make your school life less hectic.. i know that sometimes you can't really talk to your parents (my parents are like that) so you can try crisis hotlines or other methods. lastly if those still don't work you can always IM me and just talk to me (it might be easier since i'm just a stranger so i can't really judge you or know you that well..) but you can also try a counselor.. although the probelm with that is that if they believe you are posing a threat to yourself then they'll have to inform your guardians that may make things worse. just remember that you're not alone and you really are a good person no doubt about that. life always has huge bumps in the road. you just have to find ways of getting around them...

Q: i am a 13 year old girl with a lot of friends. boys and girls. but mostly boys. im a girly girl though not a tomboy or anything. when i am with my guy friends i am totally normal and myself.the only problem is that whenever i am going out with a guy, i get nervous. i dont really act myself around him. do you know anything to help me over come this problem?

it's not a huge deal. it's just that you're comfortable b.c you're with friends but omg now you're on a date with this cute boy and wat happens if i belch or something and he thinks i'm a loser and etc... don't worry about it.. guys usually find the shyness cute =]. with the more time that goes by and once you find a really good guy that you like alot then you should begin to feel more and more comfortable and it should get easier.

this site has been down for a while but i'm starting it up again. i've been really busy with school work and other activities but now you can ask me questions again.
