hey hunni! aww i hope you feel better! besides water, you can try drinking some soda with bubbles, preferably gingerale, or another little tip i have is to buy canned peaches and pour the peac juice into a cup, drink a little at a time and it should help your stomach ache. Another helpful hint is to lay on your left side when your sleeping or resting because thast the way your system flows. If oyu lay on your right side your body will have a more difficult time digesting or getting rid of what it doesnt like.
i hope i helped!! feel bette sweetie! xox hale

Well, soda's arent good because i heard that they just make you more sick because they have a ton of sugar in it. A good soda would be ginger ale though and drink some juice too. Hope you feel betterz.

try gatorade or something like that, a sports drink thats hydrating but not carbonated, since you mostly drink water then something carbonated might not be the best thing! also try like juices and stuff like that! oh and smoothies are really good lol!
feel better!

Drink something with carbon. Carbonated drinks should help your stomach. Drink soda or something like that. Water is good for you, but you might be overdoing it! So lay off that for a while and try soda to see if it helps!

Sprite always helps me when I feel sick. I don't know what else would help, but whenever I'm sick, I drink clear soda's, such as Sprite, Ginger Ale, you know what I mean. Hope you feel better!

Quite a few people drink Lucozade when they are ill as it ive you energy and apparently speeds up the healing process to help you feel better quicker. The most important thing is that you can't drink toomuch too quickly just sip your drinks. Warm drinks also help. You willl not be able to drink nearly as much as you normally do when you are ill.

Moop answered Tuesday December 14 2004, 9:49 pm:
anything with large amounts of electrolytes (already mentioned) is good for stomachs or fizzy things. "Butter pop" I used to call it.

if you feel that you ABSOLUTELY MUST have water, try eating chipped ice. When I had mono I, like you, found that drinking water made me feel badly so I ate ice and I still got the jist of water without the queasiness. It also helps if you feel warm.

last year when I was sick around this time I learned to knit. Just a suggestion.

try some ginger ale. you dont want to take in anything that would be real heavy and have it settle in your stomach. and as for food try some crackers, and maybe even a piece of toast.

hope your feeling better

You may want to go see a doctor. All the drinks that are listed have water contained in them. So, ask your parents or someone to set up an apt. with the doc. Hope i helped ya out.

There are a few other options you could try:

-Warm Tea
-Ginger Ale
-7 Up
-Pedialite
You basically want drinks that are light on the tummy.
I hope you feel better! :)
