Yes. Discharge is totally natural, and yes, it is sort of gross at times, but it's completely natural. You have nothing to worry about. All girls get it. You will more than likely have discharge all your life, but if it bothers you, just wear a pantyliner.

Ok.. you can take vitamins or use special shampoos. I guess it depends how old you are, but whenever I got my hair thinned by my stylist, it grew back thicker than ever. I guess it just depends on your hair type though. But I've always heard that shaving your hair (anywhere) against the grain would make it grow back thicker. But it's just something to try.

Okay so i am a 16year old female. and heres my situation. ive only gotten my period like 3-4 times in my life. and they havent been in consecutive months. the closest its ever been to consecutive was dec 2004 and january 2005. and the time after that was june 2005 then i didnt get it until my last period which was january 2006. my main question is...does my very irregular period mean that i am not ovulating like i should be and could it effect whether or not i will be able to have children when im older? dont get the wrong idea its not that i want a kid now or anything. but i do want a family in the future and this i just freaking me out. any advice/information anybody could give me will be much appreciated. thanks.
My friend Erika is like that. She started her period when she was 13 & she has the weirdest period EVER! Like it only comes maybe 4-5 times a year & then its only like a day or so. She's really active though & she runs all the time, so if you're active I think that has something to do with it. But if it's bothering you, just go to the gyno. They'll put you on birth control & it'll regulate your period.

Ok.. Well.. I kinda feel the same way except I have the opposite problem. My b/f never has time for me nor I for him because our schedules seem to always conflict but we really enjoy ourselves when we are together, but what you need to do is just be like, "Hey, I feel like chilling alone tonight. I need some 'me' time." I'm sure he'll understand & if he doesn't, you didnt need him in the 1st place. But even if you dont want to break up with him, make him break up with you or something.. but then there's the issue of you still wanting 2 be friends with him. Just tell him. My ex and i havent been together for 18 mos. now.
Hes had a gf for over a year, but the relationship burned out as quickly as it started.(they had sex the 2nd night they hung out) Him and i did alot of stuff, but we didnt have sex completely>(I didnt let him go in all the way> we liked each other since 7th grade, but we didnt start going out until our soph. year)We grew to love each other. Sex is very sacred to me and i take it very seriously. This girl he cant seem to let go of throws it around like it means nothing to her!

She still calls my ex says she still loves him, goes to his house before going to this other guys house. He doesnt care that she has sex with other guys just as long as he knows she still loves him and he will wait for her for as long as it takes.(just as long as she still gives him what he needs) and im sure she does.
He told me that im not up to par. I have been known to "Kiss" a guy here and there. wow, "kissing" verses "sex".
I thought that guys wanted girls that havent been around! How could he have changed soo much, and think that sex is love?? I had a very busy day. I got up at 5 and rode in a car for 2 hours to the airport. Then I went on 2 planes, one of which had a 3 and a half hour delay. Alos, I had to eat alot of disgusting fast food. I'm home now and exhausted. I just feel like I'm still on the airplane, my mind is wandering, I feel sick, and I am restless. Does anyone have any ways that I could relax? Or that would make me feel better?

Its just static.. take a fabric softener & rub it all over your hair. It will stop it from sticking up and it gives your hair a nice, fresh scent.

Ok... yes it hurts like for a little while.. especially if the guy is kinda big... but it gets better as you go on.. but I mean.. if he gets you loosened up a little bit it doesnt hurt as bad. And you will bleed, but thats natural. I mean.. some girls dont bleed because they've already "popped their cherry" as you might could say with a tampon, and that's possible, but you dont kno that you've done anything because you're already bleeding. I'm 13 and I way 113 pounds. I am not bib but I am not super skinny. I am very muscular. I run atleast a mile atleast 3 times a week and i do sit ups and other excercises every night but I can't seem to lose weight. Is this a bad weight? and does anyone know any good ways to lose weight 5-10 pounds?

Well.. muscle weighs more than fat & hey.. you can always diet. Have you been eating healthy along with your exercises? Because if you haven't you're just wasting your time exercising because its not going to do any good. But if you run & do other exercises for at least 30 minutes a day & eat healthy.. you're bound to lose weight very quickly. It also depends on your height as well..

ok i just got an ipod nano for christmas and i need help. im trying to install the stupid cd so i can transfer music from my comp to my ipod. but the cd isnt working. do i need to do something special? i really need help.
