Hey I was wondering, do you guys know any good workout machines? One time i saw this exercize thing on T.V. being advertised and it made you do crunches and it works really good. And i want to know if anyone knows any good machines that help you work out your abs at a reasonable price. Thanks!
well it aint a machine, you got to do it on your on.. lay on you back and put your legs stright out and then hold your legs about 6ins. above the ground and do crunches... it works to a t
