Muscle weighs more than fat.
You are totally healthy (because you exercise). Don't loose weight. [ honu22's advice column | Ask honu22 A Question ]

I_like_duckies<3 answered Sunday February 19 2006, 2:13 pm: You are 13! You don't need to worry about weighing 113 lbs. that is a normal weight! Be a kid, not someone who basis their looks on what magazine's and television says to be. You are 13, you have no reason to be working out every night just for 5 or 10 pounds. That is all I have to say...hope I helped
STACEESxADVICE answered Sunday February 19 2006, 1:38 pm: If you ask me, 113 lbs. is very normal for your age. You can find out your BMI [body mass index] at the site below. This will show you if you are at a underweight, at a healthy weight, at risk, or overweight. The average weight for your age group is about 85-126 lbs, so you're right in the middle.
If you REALLY want to lose a couple lbs., I would recommend cutting the snacks. No midday or afternoon snacking, just breakfast, lunch & dinner. This reduces your sugar & carb intake greatly and can really help you cut a few lbs.

Notso answered Sunday February 19 2006, 1:19 pm: You sound fine to be honest. With the exercises you do, it's likely you have muscle mass instead of fat. Which is obviously good for you.
I'd say just keep up your regular exercises. You're thirteen it's likely you're still growing, it's not a really good idea to lose weight when you're going through puberty. Your body tends to put it on during this time. [ Notso's advice column | Ask Notso A Question ]
