15/f. okay this might seem weird but it is really bothering me. well i'm missing a tooth right next to my front teeth because an adult tooth was never there. i currently have braces and my orthodontist attached a fake tooth onto my braces to fill the gap. the fake tooth looks fine but here is my problem. i'm getting my braces off on December 28, and my orthodontist told me that they will attached the fake tooth that was on my braces onto my retainer. that is great for school and add but what happens at lunch? i'm going to have to take my retainer out to eat and then i won't have a tooth there! it looks so stupid and weird without the tooth! what can i do?
i'm going to get a permanent fake tooth at the oral surgeon put in but i can't get that done until i'm 16 and i'm only 15. so i'm going to have to live with just a tooth attached to my retainer for a couple of monthes.
i'm so stressed out about this! thanks for any advice.

Well if you are like most people, you'll eat lunch with your friends. SO I would say it is safe to take the retainer out because chances are your friends already know about the tooth. Besides its only for what...an hour a day 5 days a week, and only for a few months. I think youll be okay. Dont stress the little things...it wastes most of the day.

First develop a way to avoid physical abuse. IE talk way out of it....
If that doesnt work, you need to toughen the kid up. My dad (who was a navy seal) beat me (jokingly of course...not like. Commere boy...I gots me a bat...Needs to do some testin...nothing like that...) all the time. I was a tough little soldier. If some kid hit me, I would try to calmly talk my way out of it. If the other kid is a freaking moron and wants some action, your kid needs to give him hell. Beat him out of being a bully!

My brother is getting married next month. He lives in Washington and we have to fly there for the wedding. I am scared to death to fly and I really don't even want to go if I have to. Should I say something to my parents? Should I just go and hope it doesn't crash? HELP!

However. There isnt anything to worry about. Planes almost never crash. You have a better chance at being struck by lightning, or eaten by a shark. I say just go and take the "crash" course in flying. (giggles like a school girl.) If it does happen to crash, then it was just meant to be your time. However I am willing to bet 14,094,384,837.5 American Dollars, it wont crash. So...if you do crash...you're one rich mamma. ;-)

First off....What kind of Boyfriend would leave you for saying you dont want to get your groove on? That right there would make me wonder about the strenght of the relationship, and wonder what is the point of it....
Second. You SHOULD NOT have sex when you "think" you love someone. I mean....come on! Ill use murder as an example to this. (seeing as murder is the answer for everything.... JUST KIDDING. DONT MURDER ANYONE, ANYBODY!)
You can murder someone for "thinking" they cheated on you, but then later you come to find out they never did. You cant ever take that back, and you will regret it for the rest of your shortened life.

K. First off. Why change anything about you? If you change something like that, you arent who you were. You become fake. You change yourself to make yourself "pretty." That infact is a sad sad way to live. In religious terms..thats not how God made you. You arent meant to defile your body..I wont go into it...
However to really answer your question...I say wait. You're probably too young ;-) and havnt even grown into your permanent appearnce. We all change and who knows, maybe when your done growing, your nose will look perfect. Besides getting PS at an early age can be devastating to your body. Stuff might not meld correctly. Anyway...take it or leave it, its up to you.

I dont want to sound like a jackass or anything, but why do most women (most being the ones that ive talked to on the subject taht are in HS or graduated around the 17-21 age range) not like birth control. Now it seems to me that birthcontrol isnt to bad at all, and that these women dont understand that seriousness of having a baby. Can someone pleas like to explain why someone would rather risk getting pregnant and having an unplanned baby or having an abortion, instead of takin a pill that would save you from alot of trouble.

This is a stupid question, however I will answer it, but it probably wont be what you want. As you know, you are expecting a "who cares?" deal, in which case you're right. Who cares? People have different styles. Do what I do. GO by what YOU like. Even if its a pink shoe. Who cares? Go by your own style, not what is cool, or makes you a poser. If you go by that, you have no style, and you have no personality. You only go by what others will like. Especially since you are new, you have the PERFECT opportunity to set your own style. Wear what you like, and the people who dig your style will come to you and you will make friends you are most compatible with. Not ones who have the style you are stying to go with so you dont get made fun of. However for fear of ruining my awesome score, I will answer this the way you want so that I could get a 5 from you...(even though my advice is worthy of a 10...;-) )
What I wear are adidas pro shells. I.E. The black shoes with white stripes and a white toe like converse has. They are extremely comfortable, and freaking awesome. You wont get insulted or called a poser. You could also wear Converse Chuck Taylors. Lots of people wear them. However, wear what you would like. This is my own opinion.

I have a horribal headach. We had no power for atleast 2 days, and it was all thunderstorms. And i couldn't sleep.
But anyways, I took tyolinal and it didnt work. I took it about 3 hours ago, it didn't work. I took the suggested amount of dosage, it still didn't work.
Anyone know a way to get rid of them? I can't take more medicen, Im not supossed to take it after withen 12 hours of last dosage. So I need your help on this one!

Now, I understand everyone has their own little things. However, I get Migranes. Tonnes of migranes. They hurt much worse then a headache, and can last a few days. What I like to do, which helps me....could be different for you....IS I like to go in the bathroom, turn the shower to the hottest setting, and sit in the steam for a while. Like a sauna. It relaxes you, and the like. Then, after a bit of that, I generally, lay down for a bit, and get the room as dark as possible. As you may know, light makes the head hurt. I would also use Ibuprohene over tylonol. Tylonol doesnt really help a headache. It makes you psychologically think it is working, so, sub conconsciencly it makes the pain go away. Sure it says helps headaches and whatever...but thats not its main purpose. Take what is designed to get rid of it. I prefer ibuprophene because it works fast, and is a bit stronger. I could go on to what makes a headache happen, and what exactly is a headache, but that is not what you asked.

Can you really download a movie on limewire? I mean,do you have to have certain cds if you can burn them? And I was trying to look for the notebook, and a lot of them say 1 of 3..what does that mean? and if you can burn them to a cd, it is like a a movie right? Does it come out clear?
Yes you can download a movie from Limewire. However they cant go on a cd. You will need a DVD burner, and DVD writeable cds. Check your local electronics store for writeable DVD's. Ask your parents if you have a DVD burner. You might need software to burn it, but chances are if you have a dvd burner, youll have the software.

18/M About 6 months ago i was burned bigtime by a girl that i liked. In retrospect i went overboard with planing out every miniscule detail. Now a new girl has found her way into my life. She likes the same things as me and shares the same musical interest, BUT the problem is that i am also good friends with her parents and im not sure if they would let her date yet. What would be a good way to get the parents approval. (The parents own a local coffee shop that I frequent)
Well, I would have to say start off slow. Get to be with her more. DO more things with her, and include things with her family. Get them to KNOW you are a great guy, and that they can TRUST you with her. That is a huge issue, and if they see that in you, they might even suggest she date you. Its worked for me, and it can work for you. If this is really what you want, then you should do what is possible to go for it. Also, as a side note. I wouldnt plan out a relationship. Where is the fun in whats to come, if you already know. Let things go, and see what turns out. The greatest things in life, are unexpected. If it is meant to be, then it shall. You cant plan it all out. Anyway.

There are alternate solutions. Do more stuff during the day. Be more active. Do sports and such. It will wear the body down, and will be in NEED of much sleep. This is what I do. The people who stay up till like 4 like myself, dont do anything to get themselves tired. I would try this, and see how it goes.
Second, is your sleep cycle could be off. Go to bed later, and wake up later. Its summer...its bound to happen. Wake up early after going to bed late. You will be tired, but do NOT let yourself fall asleep again. When night time comes around, you will be tired, and fall asleep earlier. Do this until your sleep cycle is back inline.
If all else fails, get a sleep number bed. ;-)

I just want to say, congradulations on wanting to save yourself. Very respectable, and you should be proud. Not many people do that. I respect you for that. However, kissing someone wouldnt make you a hoe. Other things would. To answer your question. in MOST cases, a first kiss comes naturally. When you are 100% comfortable and relaxed. When it does come, I hope you are happy with it, and the guy you are with. A first kiss is a beautiful thing, and should be held in such reguards.

How do i cook a steak. It's abotu 8 oz.s and it's frozen
Well, I happen to be a brilliant cook. I defrost my meats out in the sun for a bit. I then marinate it for as long as possible. Pour some Season all, and worcheshire sauce on it. You can add other spices, such as lemon/pepper dried onion chunks. Put that baby in the fridge, and let marinate. About an hour will do. Then you MUST cook it on a grill. (Its the ONLY way to cook a steak!) There is a saying out there...."A real man only flips his steak once, and ONLY once." Haha. However if you like well-done, or medium rare, or so on use my little trick for it. Press your finger on the meat and feel its toughness. Then ouch your face. If its as tough as your forehead, its well done. (forehead is tough) If its as touch as your chin, its medium rare. (chin is tough, yet soft)If its as tough as the tip of your nose, its rare. (Nose tip is mushy and soft)
Then when you think its done, throw it on a plate, add a baked potato, some vegatables and bam. Good eats!

I am a 22 year old stay at home mom to 2 little girls. Ages 3 and 18 months. My house always lookslike a cyclone has just passed through no matter how much I go behind everyone a clean. Lately, I have felt so unappreciated and just don't have the urge or the energy to keep the house clean like I want to. Sometimes I make myself get up and start cleaning, but within a few minutes I'm back on the couch or in front of the computer avoiding the work that needs done. Anyone have any advice on something I can do to motivate myself to get this place spic and span like I want it and keep it that way???
I would say use the children as motivation. You never know when a mess you didnt want to clean and didnt could be the last thing they see. Its easy for children to get hurt. Messes around the house could be very dangerous. This is simply what I would do however. ANother thing, I guess is for presentation for when you have company over. Also. Do not feel unappreciated. The kids will appreciate it, when they are not hurt in a mess. Theyll aprrectiate it without knowing they do... ;-)

Actually, you could find someone who was in the class before and ask to buy it off them. Also, usually bookstores in the area offer it much cheaper for what the college offers and such. I get all mine from the bookstores around the area. They like to compete with eachother and such.
