hey im m/13 and i only eat one massive meal in the evening. no breakfast. my meal is made of one large beef steak, one large baked potato, carrots and maybe peas. i was wondering if this is good for me and what else i can add to it to get higher testosterone. i usally do about hour and a half of physical activity in the heat outside.

Dude- you have to eat. Not just one massive meal in a day, you need to eat a good amount all throughout the day.

Lets say I ate 6 light meals everyday. Each meal has cottage cheese in it. Like I could have cottage cheese and a piece of fruit for one meal. Then for the next I could have cottage cheese and yogurt. Then cottage cheese and tuna sandwich. Cottage cheese and crackers. And stuff like that, that are healthy. Would it be healthy to eat like that? Should I eat more or less ? I just want to know what I could eat. Thanks

Cottage cheese is good when it's not the main staple- such as just having cottage cheese and a piece of fruit as a snack and that's all. So, no the way you are proposing isn't exactly healthy. Don't go overboard just eat well in general and you'll be fine.

Of course it seems to work from advertisement emails. Everything works in those emails. Hoodia isn't like Stacker or something like that because it's more of an appetite suppressant over a stimulant. It's a little better than most of the stuff out there now- but no it isn't for you. The only thing that works is dedication and plain old hard work.

hey, i heard that you were good at giving fitness advice, so i decided to ask you.

I can only really give you a generic suggestion of weight training and cardio 3 or 4 times a week and getting into the habit of eating wholesome foods. That's all you really can do, there's no secrets or gimmicks or anything like that; just hard work. Jack LaLanne said it best when he said "If man made it, don't eat it."

What is the recipe for the Red Lobster biscuits?

2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Mix Bisquick and cheese; add milk. Spoon on an ungreased cookie sheet (makes about 12). Bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Brush with melted butter and garlic powder.

I heard from a friend that a really easy way to lose some weight is to have a glass of water with a tablespoon of apply cider vinegar in it every day and you could lose 5 pounds every week if you continue this along with normal excersize. My guess is that the acidity in the vinegar would speed up yoru metabolism or something like that. Is this true?

Good thing you mentioned presses. That's the key to adding size onto the shoulders. Pressing differs from another kind of shoulder exercise (Laterals)- with pressing you're just simply pressing a bar or dumbbells overhead. Pushups never hurt when trying to add size as well.

If you would do nothing but jump rope, dance, and push-ups non stop for two whole days, what would happen? like I odnt care if its impossible for ´humans or whatever, Im just wondering.. all these people who are trying to lose weight but cant or give up because they dont get results quick enough.. if they would do nothing but work out for maybe 2 days or 4 or something like that (keep in mind how freaking long a day is!) would they see results? Or doesn't it matter that they're working so much cause you have to work over a long period of time?

An overload of the system would occur, the body would run out of it's fast digesting energy source (glycogen) and begin to burn it's muscular protein tissue for energy (Counteracting everything you're trying to accomplish). Moments ago I made french fries, I was looking for an alternative to ketchup (because it gets old) and came up with garlic ketchup. More simply, it's ketchup with garlic powder mixed in. It's not bad.
