ok so ive gotten like a billion emails about this hoodia thing. it seems like it really works and i want to lose some weight so does anyone know if it works? has anyone tried it? pros cons?

I don't recommend it unless you are severely overweight (over 250 pounds). Cutting down on carbs and sugar is a lot easier and keeps the weight off long-term. If you're willing to spend money, try Jenny Craig or Nutrisystem. [ xokristabelle's advice column | Ask xokristabelle A Question ]

Hoodia isn't like Stacker or something like that because it's more of an appetite suppressant over a stimulant. It's a little better than most of the stuff out there now- but no it isn't for you. The only thing that works is dedication and plain old hard work.
