Don't buy into the hype of hoodia pills. It's not worth buying them to lose weight. The ads make them look good and such, but don't waste your money. You'll get hooked on them eventually and some diet pills can cause a heart attack.

Lose weight the proper way.

Hope this helps.

The last I heard, there was talk about banning hoodia, it's extraordinarily unhealthy and expensive. It can damage your liver and hasn't been approved by the FDA.

I don't recommend it unless you are severely overweight (over 250 pounds). Cutting down on carbs and sugar is a lot easier and keeps the weight off long-term. If you're willing to spend money, try Jenny Craig or Nutrisystem.

Of course it seems to work from advertisement emails. Everything works in those emails. Hoodia isn't like Stacker or something like that because it's more of an appetite suppressant over a stimulant. It's a little better than most of the stuff out there now- but no it isn't for you. The only thing that works is dedication and plain old hard work.

Don't waste your money.
